This is my personal experience at this location Rochester freightliner or Dave Sybeson I was looking for a truck since 2019 found one at this location, sales person Andrew and the finance Luke are the the best they will treat you with dignity, respect, and honesty if you’re looking for a truck this is the place I would recommend it and I will go back. And at the service department there’s two Chris. One with the hair and the one without hair to they both good guys they will get you in and out for service department. Thank you Farhan
I bought a 2019 Freightliner here & I love my truck. It was a smooth process and the experience was great. I’ve recommended Dave Syverson a lot since I bought this truck since the quality of the truck I bought can’t be beat for the price I got it for. Andrew was my salesman and he was great, Luke was also a point of contact and he was great as well. Overall 10/10, 5 stars & 2 thumbs up!

The Dave Syverson Truck Center gave us outstanding customer service and it is staffed with highly skilled technicians and mechanics. Our RV, which is on a Freightliner chassis, broke down on I-90, ninety five miles outside of Rochester, we called the service center and they referred us to a towing company. Dave Syverson Truck Center allowed us to stay on our RV at night in their parking lot. The service center kept us well informed throughout the process. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful

Think twice before buying a semi from this company. My husband and son purchased a semi, didn't even put 100 miles on it before it started having issues. They took it back to them to fix the issues. It sat in their parking lot for a month and a half before they got around to fixing it, even after numerous phone call to them about the progress. The best part they charged almost another $8000 to fix it. if I could give this company a zero I would
The people who work for an organization are a direct reflection of the overall quality of the company. I've worked with Luke over these past few months and have had nothing but good experiences. They sell quality trucks at a fair price and are direct and honest in their communication. Great folks, I'll be back for sure.
Typical freightliner dealership. They overcharge, cannot give accurate estimates on when the truck is going to be ready. For 1 hour of work, they charge for 4.5 hours. Avoid unless it’s a warranty issue.
The guys in the service department went out of their way to be helpful. Chris was especially friendly, getting a company van and giving me a ride to my motel when I couldn't get an Uber. And when I left a bag in the can, he brought it right back to my motel. Great personal service!
I was in their shop for a diagnosed DEF contamination. They had me out and on the road in record time. Well under the estimated time. Highly recommend.
The best freightliner dealer I've been in period. Resolved my issue within 2 hrs and that was a def wiring issue and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I've been to many other dealers around the country with far easier problems, usually sitting for days and not always getting it fixed. Great customer service,friendly, accommodating and great deals on parts, which led me to buy more parts from them, I've been meaning to buy anyway, but decided to get it from them. Will definitely come back.
Not all Freightliner repair centers are created equal....these guys are outstanding! I just spent $2600 on an after treatment system issue less than 3 days ago at another location out West, I didn't even make it 600 miles before I had check engine lights and power loss. Today, 1200 miles from home the Stop engine light came on and maxed me out at 5mph. Time for a tow and to deal with another shop, can be down right frustrating, borderline scary. But the guys at Syverson were awesome and professional throughout the afternoon and had me on the road again 3hrs later, for a lot less $....thanks guys, I'm very happy
