Before it was “how can I help you” when buying parts. Now “it’s what you need”? I think this place is going down hill fast. They need better management and good customer service training. All reviews below me are accurate, real people real experience! Avoid it if you can. Will save you some headaches. Oh yeah I forgot to mention about their sarcastic tone they will hurl at ya, completely astonishing.
Decent service writers. Work is OK. Twice I been here with different company trucks, for radiator replacement. Both times the trucks broke down within 25 miles for simple things that should have been done before the trucks were released. One had low coolant and air in the system. The second was loose clamps.
Parts counter is knowledgeable but they still have rope up keeping anyone from working with them at the counter. That creates a stale experience, reminds me of covid mandates. Most truckers have bad backs and we need to lean on counter. Their prices are high as well.
I dealt with the parts department and the service department for over 30 years . Parts dept was always good to me . Same with the service department. I want someone to find me a smarter man than Jason Prodzinski when you need over the phone diagnostics . I worked for Transx and Taylor Truckline for years and counted on these guys !!!
0 star if was possible. They are the worst place to go. Very SHAME for Freightliner to not even consider to address their customers concerns. You can stand in parts and no one will acknowledge you. They purposely look away and ignore. Every time I go it’s a horrible experience. Horrible.
We had an electrical problems with our motor home on our way through Minneapolis. Stopped by on Friday afternoon but had to wait until Monday to be looked at. Monday morning they work on finding our problem. With over 3 miles of wire I was hoping for a miracle, however the problem ended up to be our main feed cable which were placed between the chassis and the body. They had to jack the body from the chassis to get to the cables. I-State has some of the greatest customer service people. They kept us informed 3 or 4 times a day on the progress of our repairs. If your in the area and need to have your motor home worked on. I would highly recommend I-State.
If I can give zero. The guy in the parts department. Horrible people and I. Think. There is kind racial profiling here. When they saw as A mom white person. You will not treated like normal. I have been there waiting for them almost 30minutes while there was Any one they don’t care about you rude people here !!!!
The guys at the parts department needs to lose the attitude, And stop arguing with customers. It’s frustrating.
Second time here. No one is at the service counter. I have been here for 1hr 45min. (Since they opened) There is no where to park/drop my trailer. This the second time I have been here. When I was here before, I was in the shop for three days. They failed to repair what was wrong with the truck, so that's why I am back this time. They are repairing what they originally charged us for on the truck.
(11/21/21) I was having a good day until I seen April. I went to look for some parts and the moment I came into the store at 4:10 I waited 10 minutes to see someone and April finally showed up. I told her hello I’m looking for parts and the first thing she said was “I’m clearly working on something here I’ll help you when I’m done”. At that moment I knew something is seriously wrong with this lady. She finally was able to help me and I told her the specific lights I’m looking for and she acted clueless the whole time. she told me she was in this field for a long time up to 30 years. After she couldn’t help me I told her just bring out 2 of each bulb she brought it out i then told her witch one goes to were and she just went off on me. I just ended up buying all the bulbs. This lady here has some issues I don’t know if it’s hate or not but she needs to be checked out before she gets an attitude with the wrong person and maybe it won’t end for her peacefully as it did with me. I think April is better suited for janitorial work so don’t fire her just remove her from the front desk please.
Bad service, expensive and bad staff not recommend. They will never tell you the cost upfront and will charge to the maximum. Avoid!
After reading reviews it stopped me go to this dealership for parts I,ll prefer to wait till Monday and will go to another dealership
I buy an ICU for my truck 2016 Cascadia I told him I don’t want to use this one it was 1400 and I don’t wanna return worst people his name is joe
These guys have saved my butt multiple times on last minute little things they were able to squeeze me in same day. There parts store has a lot of useful things on hand at all times.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever parts department
I took my truck in for Oil pan gasket and Alignment. They check for leaks and measured alignment. They checked for other things i didn't ask for. And my estimate was $15,000 just to repair suspension related and oil leaks. I said no thanks. My bill after no thanks was almost $1,000 . i took my truck to another mechanic. And he looked at everything and said nothing looks abnormal. Its an old truck. This place used to be my favorite place to bring my trucks for repairs. But now, I don't know if the management changed or what. They treat you badly specially if you are foreigner and you don't know what you are talking bout. The service writer, Lee Keener, has no respect. He should be fired. I hope MARK, from the Corporate would have a talk with him. I would not recommend this place for repairs unless you want to have the biggest headache of your life. No wonder all of my friends complain bout this place all the time. I hope news media would investigate them.
