Excellent service received. My truck broke down on Friday Afternoon. They brought me in as soon I checked in service dept. Very friendly staff and amazing service. Fixed my truck and charges were adequate. I definitely recommend this shop.?

Great service. WANTED TO HELP ME Imagine that What a change in attitude from most shops Mechanics quick and knew what they were doing. Shop was full. I explained I had to load in the morning in MT. Shop foreman pull a truck out, put me in and 2 hrs later hooked back up to my cattle wagon rolling to MT for pasture yearling headed to Nebraska.

The Alexandria store has some of the best people around working there. They always have a smile on their face and a wonderful attitude to go with it. Knowledge and customer care are top on their priority list while being honest about everything you are there for.

Very helpful service department. They got me in immediately for a water leak and got it fixed quickly. Price was right in line for any dealer service. I would recommend this place if looking for service on a truck.

This is my go to maintenance shop and International dealer. Nicest people you can find and professionalism is outstanding. Prices vary from below other areas to reasonable to a little high but overall no complaints. During winter you won't have much wait time but peak seasons without an appointment, they work hard to get you in and down the road but you may have a considerable wait. This is definitely one of those very hard to find shops that actually care.

These guys are awesome! I can't express enough my gratitude. I was hauling a pontoon from Wisconsin, headed to idaho. I heard something pop in the engine and started loosing power. It was the turbo. I exited the highway and went to various shops and no one wanted to help, one place recommend Maney International. All bays were filled and they were working on every single semi. I told them my situation and Mike, the shop manager said he would take a look at it. He said it was just a clamp that came loose. He said he'll see what he can do, he grabbed another mechanic, Caleb and they both worked on it and it took less than 30 minutes. When I was charged, I could not believe what I had to pay. Quite frankly I was humbled that it could have been a situation where anyone could have charged a huge amount. First, because they stopped what they were doing to help a complete stranger in a small town, second because they showed what true customer service is all about. Staff was also extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend anyone to stop by here if you happen to have car trouble and are going through Alexandria, Minnesota. I will definitely stop by to say hi to these gentlemen when I drive by here again. Thank you Mike and Caleb for going above and beyond to help a stranger out.

Needed bunk airbags delivered to the truck stop. They had my airbags in stock. That is rare giving the age of my truck. They delivered right to my truck! Those guys are awesome! They got my business!
