I sent a truck to this shop on 01/09/24 for a DEF pump code. They got him in quicker than originally estimated, and had him rolling within a few hours. The best service time I have experienced anywhere in a long time! Keep up the great work! :)

People were very friendly, helpful and kept us informed as to what was going on. was helpful when we decided to go to rental car place, so we would be home for xmas. have had work done here before so wasn't worried about the quality of their work. Only one thing I would like to see is a few recliners in waiting room so you could catch a nap ,but other than that nothing to complain about

I'm normally happy with Empire. However, sitting on the side of the road days after leaving there is not good. The staff was nice but I don't like the fact I wasn't quoted correctly when I put my truck in the shop. I said there was smoke coming from the back of my truck. I also said my soot level was hight and my check engine lights came on. Plus my breaks was squealing and they had been recently replaced. After reading a clear report. It stated that I said my truck was smoking from the exhaust as i was riding down the road. I never said that. If that was the case, I would've came in smoking. Now I'm sitting on the side of the road trying to figure out what to do now because my truck is smoking again

Parts open until midnight, service is 24 hours. Very friendly workers

Had check engine light come on and also low DEF (was not low) on our Motor home stopped at Empire Truck Sales in Richland, MS. They checked it out we needed to have DEF head replaced they were booked with trucks repairs for the night. They had a place for our motor home for the night to stay and we hooked up to electricity. The sales Manager David helped us through out our stay. Service lady named Rhonda helped making our extended warranty payment getting it handled fast. Thank you David and Rhonda for all your help. They made our stay enjoyable. Plus they have showers and laundry also. Needing any repairs go to Empire Truck Sales.

Came in with a headlight out expecting the worst. Ended up being some wire issues. I was thinking I was going to be down for a couple days but that was not the case at all. Case had me checked in quickly and within what seemed like 30 minutes the tech was already pulling my truck in the bay. Case made the experience quick and a pleasure to do business with.

Great customer service great mechanics and fast reliable service. Honest team members. Got me in and out even informed me of active recalls on my truck. Michael Keefer the service advisor was informative and a good guy and honest. Great place definitely will use them again in the future.

11/22 Came in for a small issue. From the jump this got Mike Miller in the service depth was full of energy even though he was working on a Sat afternoon. Long story short Mike was super helpful and on point with getting me checked in and helping me get my truck looked at and fixed . Great guy all around and excellent service by the shop??. Highly recommend empire truck if in the area.

There was a black service rep for the parts that was in there as well as he had a service rep partner the black service rep was on the phone dealing with a customer the other service rep did not come from the back leaving the guy out there by himself he took it upon himself to hold his conversation to ask me what I needed and how can I be help still the other service rep never came to the front sat in the back talking the whole time. And I came to understand to listening to the conversation that the other service rep does this all the time. But overall it was still awesome service because way one was lacking the other picked up

I spoke with David Arendale who was very helpful in getting me in and out in a timely manner. He was consistently reliable in resolving the issue. Also the technician who's name Tony, was very thorough in explaining and preforming job that fixed the problem. I will definitely recommend these gentlemen.

After having our RV at another location closer to home, we made the decision to bring it to Richland for further diagnosis. They found and fixed our problem and worked with our warranty company to get our claims paid . We won’t take it anywhere else if we have a choice. Clean customer area.
