Located on the Gulf Coast, with an I-10 location in Gulfport, Mississippi, we are centrally located between Mobile and New Orleans.This family operated business services the owner-operator market and does business with truckers throughout the South and beyond. Having purchased and substantially upgraded an existing dealership, the company is excited to show off their products and services. My experience here has been great! When other companies wouldn't give me a chance FreedomWay Trucks did 6 months later we're still rolling, not one problem. The staff here is awesome, they truly help you and want you to succeed. From my sales person Nate to customer service rep. Sandy, Amy with the compliance team and, one of my favorites my account representative Ella thank you! So I would say, You've tried the rest now come and try the Best here at FreedomWay Trucks! My Experience with Freedom truck way has been AWSOME when it came to dealing with the beautiful ladies in the office. My CCR MS Elana is so AWSOME. Honestly I have dealt with other leasing company in the past and I never had A CCR that was so passionate about her driver as Ms Elana was. She treat u as u are her brother that’s broke down on the road or is needing help getting something done. With Ms Elana u are more than a number or a truck driver buying a truck. So I just would love to THANK Freedom Way Trucks for hiring such a passionate and caring and warm hearted young lady. But I just want 2 say all the ladies were extremely passionate about helping me from getting my IFTA stickers to getting my IRP to even doing my closing. I was so impressed with the love and compassionate and the professionalism that I encountered. I was definitely truly impressed with the breakdown department. Whenever I text Mr Eric through breakdown text he responded by in a timely manner and whatever the problem was he made it happen. So Thank U so much Mr Eric. In closing I definitely would like to Thank the staff in Atlanta. They were so AWSOME through the whole process. Ms Iesha and Ms Tonya and Uncle Sal and all the mechanic. Because of there passion and the love for seeing us as driver extremely happen from looking at a truck to test driving a truck to making sure that everything is fix on the truck before u pull away to doing the closing of the paperwork. When u leave Atlanta when all said and done u will definitely be extremely happy. Well u should be I definitely was. So to the Freedom Way Staff in Atlanta and the Staff in Gulf Port I will definitely encourage more owner to come buy a truck and ask for Ms Elana to be there CCR Rep. Thank U

First off I would like to say that for my first experience buying a truck FREEDOMWAY Trucks made it extremely easy to do so. My sales Lady Karin is extremely professional and nice , she went over and beyond to help me. As well with the permit department the financial department, just everyone is so helpful, I really appreciate the time and effort every one of you guys, thank you so much.

Don’t do it. I was waiting for my registration/cab card for a week and they still wanted me to make a payment. The worst company stay way from this company. They do not care about you and their weekly payments are outrageous high for an older truck . Customer service is terrible. It better companies out there way better than this one hands down. Also the warranty program is terrible. The truck I was in the shop damn near every other month and I complained about it and nothing happened. Someone from there shop wrote this truck is P.O.S on the frame and it was.

I have been with Freedon Truck for a year and a half now. I had a issue with first two trucks but, the mechanics works hard to keep me happy and rolling! I now have a 2014 Freightliner that's makes me plenty of money.I love my CSR Mrs. Ella who is a sweetheart and very understanding to my financial needs. Eric the mechanics manager is also very kool and understanding. Gives these guys a chance to get you right and make some money. I dont know another truck dealer that works more with you when you have breakdowns. So go see them!!

Just got a truck from Freedom Way Trucks. Justin is my salesman he has been great and very helpful the whole process. Went by a total of 7 times over a 3 month period and he always took time to show me the trucks and answer questions. Took possession of the truck last night and noticed a couple things wrong I missed on both test drives "very minor things and one that came up after the test drives before I took delivery". They told me about the one that came up as soon as they knew. " came up when doing there final inspection". No problem making it right and on the spot about it. Had my 5 year old son with me and every one was great to him. I am very impressed with everyone there!!! Looking forward to a successful new venture with them and would recommend them anytime to anyone. Will be doing another review in a few months but as of now looks like it will be the same.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with certain staff members of freedom way formerly National Truck Funding. I would like to put a shine on two important people in the company that means a lot to me and that is Tiffany (insurance department) and Ella (payment department). These two women have took good care of me over the years and they are very professional, nice, courteous, and caring. I've not been the best customer by far I have fallen behind and they fine ways to help and pick me back up and get me back on track. These two women are one of the reasons I stay focused on getting threw to the end of my contract, that's only mths away. Other than my family, wife kids etc....... So I say to you guys thanks and I appreciate you both.

My CSR, Ella, has been extremely helpful, week to week, month to month. If financing a truck isn’t an option for you, then these are the people you want to call. The industry said no, and FreedomWay said yes. For that, I will always be grateful. With an open line of communication, they will work with you. That’s more than I can say about most companies in 2019. Looking forward to 2020 & beyond.

Terrible experience! As soon as we received a truck we were not able to run a full week, let alone a full month without having issues. DEF issues within the first thirty days. DPF issues within the first thirty days. Roadside assistance doesn't work, they do not answer the phone or respond to text. We were given a faulty truck in which a major company they suggested us go through for maintenance said we need to give it back after two weeks of having it. Numerous and constant codes being shown and they suggested they send us a new truck. We were not able to use our truck more than 5 days without a break down causing us to lose drivers. I am highly disappointed and feel cheated out of my money choosing this company to get a truck to start my business. Unfortunately someone may end up with the truck I had and continue to have the same issues which I would hate for anyone to go through. I do not suggest using this company. In reply to the response the warranty isn’t worth it because it doesn’t cover issues it seems like you pick and choose and we didn’t have an issue with the truck starting, they claimed they fixed the issue and they couldn’t get it to start it was never an issue with the driver because we really couldn’t get anywhere without the truck having issues. The driver never had a fair opportunity due to the truck issues and we definitely would hate to have him stranded because again that’s more money out of our pockets. So please be mindful of words in your response and the message was conveyed to you all about the truck issues but again these companies work for you. It seems based on these reviews there are consistent issues with trucks from your company not just here but on Facebook also. You have wonderful workers who communicate well and understand the frustrations and know right is right and wrong is wrongs but they also know they can’t do much because they work for your company and it’s business. Again I do not recommend this company

Unfortunately, my experience has not been what I expected. I will not elaborate on our first purchase we had for about 7 months thats been in the shop almost 2 months Or the horrible warranty. But our 2nd purchase has been in our possession for approximately 35days and already had to replace the air compressor on our own because of the horrible experience of dealing with freedom way warranty with our first purchase and now the truck running hot. This do not come from wear and tear, it comes from fixing the trucks good enough to drive off the lot in. That is not professional at all & the quality of what your selling should be important!! By far it appears the money down and those weekly payments is whats more important because that's definitely drafted correctly and timely. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Well, let's see, what I can say bout my experience, from start to now, for the professionalism of the entire staff. Just wonderful at the top on the business line. Every step was handled smoothly and expertly all the way to getting started to earning revenue. From Justin at the intro to Elana with expert customer attention to my representative and consulting agent, Zandra. Who very professionally handles my concerns with solutions to help me and the company that she works for. So give Justin a ring? He'll get you started into great business relationship and future. It's been a few months now, the atmosphere has only gotten better, my every concern is addressed, timely. In business relationships as this type is, you want professional folks that's super kind, attentive, has a solution for all concerns or knows where to get answer and follows up, the latter being greatly important! Two people, I'd like to mention outside of the others I've dealt with, Nate Aubert: nice, very stealth on providing solutions and on point with exact customer to detailed, service and an all around helpfull person. Elana: speaking on quick to resolve a problem and helpful in getting the ball rolling from a stalled position! When she says,'wait a minute, I'll call you right back", well, right as rain, she's done it or had a corporate person call you back, nice, professional, great provider of service. Thank you, virtual high five.
