If I could give a 0 star I would. This place is a joke. You will get told one thing by someone and then told that person don’t know what thier talking about. Save yourself the hassle and money go somewhere else.

This is the best volvo dealership I've ever been to ever they always friendly and take care of truck with in a short manner i might expect 4 days and its done in 2 they never fail to amaze me thats why i don't mind driving 100 miles from Memphis to come to they shop....Melissa Lindsay Steve and Mike are the best but really and truly the staff is amazing really can't say enough about them...other shops should take notes

Our new pump truck had a problem. I dropped it off at 3:30 figured it would be a few days. But before i got back to my office at 4:30 they called me and said it was ready!!! Outstanding service!!!!

Needed batteries replaced on my semi truck and was taken care of within an hour! Fast and easy service! The inside has a lounge area for customers. Nice and clean bathrooms as well!

The folks here were awesome. From the Service office people (Steve, Melissa, Lindsey) to the mechanic (Mason). They were super friendly and came up with a solution to help us get back on the road. Major Kudos to office and shop.

Do NOT work on weekends. As an OTR driver does me no good. I shouldn’t have bothered even calling them. Disappointing.

Would not recommend!!! Save yourself the time and the headache.. Just DIY and you'll probably come out better than here!!! Wish I could give 0 stars! They fix everything EXCEPT the problem and then when the bill run up they willing to fix and help??! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE!

Great place, fast service. Nice selections. Update,07/21/2021 came in for some batteries. Just showed up. They jumped right on it!! Amazing. Thank you very much. And I'm driving a Petercar!!!! Still treated me very well.

Our mirror fell off Sunday night headed to Hamilton. Ms.we stopped in and they had us out of there within two hours. Fresh coffee for the drivers and a nice drivers lounge if u are not that lucky to get out on the road for a few days

Friendly staff good accomodations,and wonderful drivers lounge. Only negative is chain of information, they won't inform you on progress. You will have to go find out for yourself, but everything else is A+

I had to come in for a quick repair on a Saturday. they got me right in. they were great. They're even fair on the price is well and they did a very good job in a very reasonable time.

Everytime I pick my truck up from here I have to go home and fix something they left off

They have a nice lounge to watch tv while you wait on your ride to get done or if your leaving it and waiting for someone to pick you up..friendly and clean accessible restrooms..
