It’s been two years of hell. The truck I purchased in 2021 was sheer junk, it was a 4 year old truck, miles weren’t bad but the mechanical issues have been nonstop. None of the repairs were covered under warranty. The warranty is actually a rip off they’ll never cover anything not even the roadside assistance. I’ve had at least 12 breakdowns since the purchase and I’m ready to throw in the towel. I’ve spent more money than I’ve made in repairs. There should be a lemon law against deceitful dealerships like this one. $65,000 of worthlessness is what we purchased. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost!!!!!
JASON was great really treated me like family… brought my last 3 trucks from MHC. Not anymore Jason and Arrow trucks Sales!!! Is where I’m buying my trucks from now on!!!! Watch out if your a Cowboys fan.. They all wear KC jersey… lol

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Arrow Truck Sales family, especially Jason Waller for assisting me in one of the biggest decision I've made, in buying a semi truck. "He" showed patience with any questions that I had and he also showed knowledge in explaining the details of the maintenance agreement, so that I understood each item that's covered and who to call if there was any issues while I'm out on the road. Also, he went along with me on a ride along, to see if I was satisfied with the truck(I was).He did an awesome job and I hope him much success!
The salesman jason Waller went above and beyond to make the purchase happen for me. After the purchase, he is still working with me on a couple issues. He always answers his phone or returns my calls in a very reasonable amount of time. I haven’t ever met a salesman that’s willing to get his hands dirty to make a customer happy. Very satisfied would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a truck.

Jason Waller is probably the best salesperson I have ever met. He is resourceful, persistent and very polite. Helped me find a nice deal and assisted with all the documentation. You should talk to him first if you want to find a nice unit!
