Came im with a busted fuel line , they took good care of me i want to thank Leane and Adam from the service department and also Richard and Dallas from the shop for their services and communication skills .
my truck was not fixed and i was still charged 1000 dollars. my back up camera was disconnected and not put back. my remote was disconnected and was not put back and now my transmission wont shift and will require service as well. Update..... After being called by the guys at Nextran Truck Centers we decided to give another go. I am happy to report that the issues, I was having were all fixed. Thanks you the whole team of guys at Nextran. I have change my rating to a five stars and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a good shop. Thanks again.
Disgusting attitude. I arrived by appointment and they said the work would take 30 minutes. An hour later I came to ask why no one is working on the car? They replied that everything would be ready in two hours. Another two hours passed - no action. Again I had to go ask - what's the problem? They answered that you should wait until the end of the working day, maybe they will do it. This is the VOLVO service. I had to move further from this service. They lie straight into your eyes, there is no conscience or dignity. I had to contact VOLVO services in Germany, Belgium, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus - where truly professionals work. But this is just disrespectful. This is a minus of VOLVO, that they work and disgrace <
(Feb. 2024) My business partner and I flew from Nashville to Omaha to buy a NPR. While driving back we ran into some trouble on the road just outside of Kansas City. We called Nextran to try to schedule service and were fortunate to talk to Chris Saint Vincent - The Service Writer. They got us in and within a couple of hours of working on the truck, it was fixed. Honestly the issue they had to fix wasn't complicated. What makes Nextran worthy of 5 stars are the customer service. Chris is the man and we walked away blown away with the attention to detail he showed and how helpful he was. If our issues had been something more complicated I had full faith in the team to get it corrected as soon as they could have. I truly hope Nextran knows who they have in Chris Saint Vincent because that guy is a superstar employee! 10/10 - Highly Recommend
Worst place i have ever seen in my life they don’t know how to repair they waste my 2 days for nothing and charge me 2500 dollars and they charge 2200 dollar for labour and i only drive 400 miles and same problem coming again plz dont go in nextran truck centre totally riped off
Unfortunately,my experience with this Volvo dealer has been a bad one.I came to do a AC work and after waiting 1 week and spending 3000$ I was able to use the ac system only for 1 week until it stopped working. P.S. They also broke my hood in the process . When I asked them to reimburse me some money for the repairs they said no they will not, so be careful when you decide to make repairs here.
I have been coming to this car dealership for a long time. My grandparents have a window company and they always brought their trucks for up there too. Great place friendly people, Jim in service and Mickey did a great job handling the information.Mechanic who worked on my truck did a great job.Up front told me what's wrong and what wasn't wrong.I will use them again.
The Volvo heavy truck shop is perpetually understaffed since Covid. They always have many trucks waiting for various repairs. They have been forced to reduce shop open hours again due to understaffing. Not their fault, it is an ongoing problem with any service industry now. On the bright side, they get as much throughput as the staff can manage and typically they do good diagnostics and proper repairs. All heavy trucks, not just Volvo and Mack, are much more complex and prone to minor issues that are related to the emissions equipment that is now necessary. They do as well as any other heavy truck shop that I have dealt with and better than most.
Brett Wilson is an excellent sales person. I trust him totally incomplete. He goes out of his way to take care of me and this is not the first time.

Worst place to do oil change. Called in advance around 1 pm to ask if they can do oil change on my truck made sure they have all filters for my truck. They convinced me that they have everything just need to go there. They said oil change would take around 2-3 hours and price for oil change would be 450-500$ I was ok with that because I expected quality parts and service. Went there around 2pm gave my keys. Guy at the front desk told me they will finish by 4:30-5pm. After 2.30 hours of waiting went there to see if they are done with my truck. Guess what they said. “ We won’t be able to do oil change cause mechanic that does oil change isn’t here” After f….. 2.30 hours of waiting they’re telling me that. Don’t go there if you want to waste your time.

Don’t even bother stopping here if you have a trailer because even if they have an open spot for you they’ll kick you out and tell you you’re not welcome! So much for Uptime service
