I was looking for a reefer trailer I contacted pedigree and Wilson helped me out from start to finish Dalton in charge of finance also was awesome I found a trailer I liked online and the purchase was smoothed even with finance company Wilson hooked me up with a great deal I picked up trailer from Minooka IL location Tom the trailer manager there showed me trailer it was clean inside n out New tires new chrome rims Inspection done Reefer unit works great gets really cold Even installed a new chute These guys are great team players I thank Wilson, Dalton ,Tom for the great experience im a happy satisfied customer will be back for future purchases Thank to team pedigree Thanks Wilson for keeping your word !!!

I bought this truck from pedigree in September of last year. I have nothing but good things to say, this experience was wonderful, very understanding people and very helpful. I had a couple of issues, but they did not hesitate to help me and if something was missed on their part they were the first to jump on it And get it dealt with the truck runs great. I get great fuel mileage Tyler and his management have been very very helpful. I would never go anywhere else to buy a truck. I recommend it to everyone that is in the business. You’re in the need of a used truck Petagree as a place to go. I recommended it to one of my friends and he got his truck from there as well. He is extremely happy himself and I continue to refer people to Petagree. I could only wish that every business transaction was so helpful as far as their personnel like Petagree is. If this industry. Ran as smooth as it is to buy a truck from Petagree no truck driver out there would have a problem.

The worst company I ever bought an equipment. I bought a trailer from them it’s started giving me problems after my first load picked up with the trailer it was giving me problem after problem. By the end of 90days the side walls started bending out wards when I tried to contact them they said you drove the trailer heavy. I bought the trailer to drive not to park in my yard.it doesn’t make any sense that if we drive a trailer every day it will start broke down by they 90days I bought it. When i ask for compensation they said you bought this trailer, it is your now. Do whatever you want to do with that. It is non of our business. The sales representative and supervisor was so rude and put everything on me. Even i know some other persons who are dealing with same issue with the carrier trailer bought from pedigree. Even one star is not worth for them. I am giving them zero star for their business.

I was prime driver for years. then I start my own company. Prime is one of the best fleet for safety and maintenance. They take care of these equipment and service them on time. Thats why most of my equipments I got them from pedigree “one of Prime companies “ even they will fix it for you after you buy them. if you realise any problem they will pay for it.I did purchased a few trucks back in 2017 & 2018 now I just purchased 3 trailers 2016s and I’m looking to get more in Jan 2024.

Well, I did post 5 star when I got my 3 trailers from pedigree. But after 3 months I realised all 3 trailers start balling from both sides above tandem area. getting worse and worse with each load. That’s the reason prime selling these trailers. 90 days warranty it’s not enough to realise this problems once you figure it out they will not fix it for you. I spent a lot of money for trash trailers. All 3 trailers ABS light stay ON I took it back to prime terminal they fixed it then after a few hours turn ON and never turn off again. Usually I don’t post my review that fast but my salesman Andrew ask me to do that i apologize for everyone depend in my review and purchased a trailer from prime.

Well maintained, vibrant colored trucks with service history and APU. Customer service is also great. All salespeople try to answer all questions and schedule a service visits in case a truck needs one in one of their terminals. Pedigree trucks have earned a badge of honor and reliability for the quality of their equipment and I myself bought several trucks from them. Davey in Springfield and Tyler in Pittston terminals are super dudes and always there when you need anything. Good to have business with you guys and hopefully continue to buy trucks from you in 2024.

I have the best experience ever buying a truck at Pedigree more than I expect, All smooth as can be. I bought a reefer trailer # 170788. Last year in March so far so good. Andrew and Hopkins were really great. Andrew is a really great salesman and have very good knowledge and knows what he’s doing. Hopkins you’re the best man. I got no words for you. You did what you promised. I came to pick up my trailer with my kids. Unfortunately to due some circumstances the trailer was not ready and they said I can pick it up tomorrow morning. These guys were so wonderful, kind & generous. Instead of spending the night in my truck with my kids, they got us a really nice room in 4 star hotel which had a swimming and a really nice restaurant. My kids really enjoyed the stay and the meals which was sent up to our rooms. Hospitality was out of this world. You guys were 10/10. Will be definitely coming back for my next trailer or truck.

Prime Inc. is a large carrier who is constantly cycling in new fuel efficient trucks. Most trucks are cycled out after 3 years. Pedigree picks a few of the best being cycled out and offers them for sale. They give you an extremely detailed maintenance report. If their shop so much as changes a light bulb, it shows up in the report. I bought one a few years ago and it was as close as you can get to a new one without paying new truck prices. Everyone in Springfield was excellent to work with.
