If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would. Kyle in service absolute idiot laugh at me over the phone. They didn’t fix the truck and we paid 13K people STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY

Great service, great shop. I took my truck in for dpf issue it was derating 25%. After I checked in they started working on it immediately. Kyle and scooter kept me updated every hour with what’s going on even after ordering the parts which took about a week. Replaced the one box they ordered it and after a week my truck was ready and done. Thank you tag family for the great service. Keep it up

Read reviews prior to even considering leaving your truck to be repaired at this location. Horrible customer service! Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone!

I had a pleasant experience here. The people I dealt with were nice and courteous. They got me in the shop pretty quickly to diagnose the problem. I had two issues, one they were able to fix, the other one they didn't have the part. That is a bummer but it's not exclusive to them here, it happens just about every shop in today's world.

Kyle was awesome. Engine light came on 30 miles from shop. Called Kyle said he had DEF pump and could get me in when I got there. Arrived bout 0930 done at1400. Wonderful place.

Had a issue with brake pressure sensor, called and told me to come in.. got me in and out in no time. Very nice people and well organized shop

I have had my truck in and out of Freightliner broke down in Colorado, California, Iowa and Oklahoma over the last two months with nothing but frustrating results. These guys found the issue and got the truck running correctly in one day . Going to stop back through here purposely to buy these guys a dinner and a beer . Thank you so much! Don't waste time calling the local independent service mechanic. Get your truck into TAG and get it done right !

One off the best Frieghtliner Dealer they done your work as promised ,was having a load to deliver the next day to Minnesotta asked them if they can repair my truck on the same day they did it as I requested them ,after 5 hours rolled back the road without any delay to deliver the load on time .will recommend them 200% and soon will go back . I have been coming to this TAG in Sikeston for a long time, They are friendly and respectful and explain everything clearly.. Also Scooter is an AMAZING help with any questions that you may have.

What can I say except superb. We came in with a list of issues and tag gave us a timeline and stuck to it. John, service advisor, was very communicative and made sure to answer our questions. The offer a shuttle to the hotel as the repairs took 2 days. Thanks for being awesome.

This shop is top notch. I called them when I was 400 miles away and told them I would be coming in to get my air compressor changed. The started a work order over the phone and assured me they would start on it as soon as I pulled in. They didn't have my part in stock so they ordered it and had it by the next morning (I didn't arrive until 7pm.) Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and respect and the most sincere hospitality. A nice gentleman gave me a ride to the holiday inn and would not accept a gratuity. The next morning I called at 7am and asked how they were coming along. Devin said the parts came in over night and he had a guy working on it as we spoke. They called back a few hours later and told me to come pick it up and they sent someone to get me. Upon arrival the cost of repair was exactly what they quoted.... work was top notch and performed in an extremely timely fashion. Couldn't ask for a better experience these guy's are 5 stars all the way!

We had the check engine light on as we were driving close to them. We called and they were able to get it in right away. Luckily, it was nothing serious and they were able to clear the codes and get us on our way. The service department was very professional and friendly. The location was easy to access and very clean.

Nice facility & friendly staff. I brought a sprinter van in that was having the problem of dying while in idle. Unfortunately they don’t have the capability to access the sprinters computer to figure out why it’s dying, but they did give it their best effort to diagnose anything else. It was around $480 just for the diagnostic in labor. -I added a star. They reached out to ensure all was well with me. I appreciate a business that also follows up with the customers. It was just a tough scenario but I appreciated them reaching out.

Great service and some strange items too. These centers are always a hoot. ? I guess I should say that the strange items are really cool items you don't get to see in your local hardware store. So don't pass up this gem, its a lot of fun just browsing around.

These guys are great. I stopped to buy a new seat for my truck and they helped me install it for no charge. Then I went to start the truck and it turned out my starter was broken - they fixed that very quickly and I was out of there next morning. Good, honest customer service.

You know, it's always a bad deal when your truck breaks down but if it had to do it anywhere I'm glad that it was there in Sikeston. TAG Truck Center which is also a authorized Freightliner dealer and shop was the ones who worked on our rig. I've got to tell you I've been in several Freightliner shops to have her worked on and sometimes the people just make it a nightmare. These folks at TAG are professional, courteous, and the absolute friendly staff that it's ever been my pleasure to come across. Chris, Kyle, the technician who did the work on her and the other gentlemen who was taking care of the paperwork are exceptional. I truly wish that I could always have them be the ones who work on my truck. I would recommend them to anyone that needed work done to their own rig. They diagnosed what was wrong immediately and fixed her right. Thank all of you for your friendliness and professionalism your a rare shop and I hope that you'll always be this good.

Took great care of our RV, and treated my family like their family. Multiple staff members provided me and my family rides into and back from lunch at Lambert’s.

I needed a part and they quoted me significantly less than the TA down the road, appreciate the gentlemen in parts/service waiting behind a few minutes to come let me pick it up.
