The above represents over 30 years of successful operation in southeast Missouri and has culminated in the receipt of the Volvo Dealer Performance Award for multiple years. The dealership offers new and used truck sales, full service and parts sales, and financing and leasing of new and used trucks. An affiliate company, Ash Truck Sales, Inc., leases new and used trucks and trailers. In addition, Volvo Commercial Finance offers complete finance and leasing services through the dealership. The passenger window on my Volvo shattered for no apparent reason while I was on the interstate. I was approximately a half an hour from their shop. I called, and they had the glass in stock. I arrived approximately 3:00, and they had the window replaced as well as the glass vacuumed up inside the truck by 5:00. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. The staff was courteous/ accommodating / and professional. For a small shop, they are a top-notch outfit. Again, I could not be more pleased with how I was treated and the project was handled.
Excellent Service, knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing stuff, Friendly and they make you feel as being part of the family. I highly recommend them for any problems you have with your truck they will be there for you to help you and manage to do it as fast as they can. I will sure be back. Mechanics here were super helpful and i Had two check engine lights on hunter Frampton was very helpful agreeing to get the work done whit in a view hours same day service was incredible When I arrived they started working immediately, By 7AM the next morning everything was put back together. These guys are the best! Our truck went down about 10 miles from the shop they were able to get us in, fixed up, and on the road in a couple of days.. They even called to do a follow up yesterday To make sure that their work was still holding up!! If they could be our regular mechanics they would be! But unfortunately we live too far away but definitely planned to stop in for maintenance in the future!

If you a trucker like me this is the place to come. They are very attentive and professional, most importantly their pricing is very competitive. I bring my truck here several times and I live far away so this tells a lot. They will get your truck back running right and fast. I highly recommend this to any trucker out there. Also ask for their warranty program that will cover your expenses repairs nationwide.
Arrived with no appointment on Friday with a busted front airbag. Spoke to the shop representative and was immediately put in a door for repair. The price was very reasonable, it took 45 minutes from the time I pulled into the bay, repair done and paperwork complete. For a driver to come into a location that values our time as much as we do is greatly appreciated. Everyone at the location was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location. An outstanding dealership to work with. I pulled in 30 min. before close on Friday, the 25th. 20 min before close, I was in the shop being plugged into a computer. Sat morning at 7am they began working on it. Scott, the service manager was very helpful and treated me great. Had to stay the weekend. I rented a car from them for the weekend, ($30.00). Find that service anywhere else. good luck with that. They got the truck fixed Monday, a problem I have had multiple times, they didn't just replace a part, they actually figured the cause of why that part had failed multiple times in the past. Truck has been running great. The other thing I appreciated is that every hour or two, either Scott or Hunter (the mechanic) would come out and update me. Usually at other shops, if it is an all day repair, you never hear from them, you have to keep going up and asking what is going on. That was not the case here. Trucks Inc has earned my business in the future. A big thanks to Scott and Hunter.

Best place to repair a Volvo truck... ever. I had an oil leak from the Crank Case Ventilator. Got in at 0800 on the Presidents Day, truck ready by 1500 same day. Now about the service: the part itself is $1,200+labor. They were able to fix the issue with only one half of the part, therefore my total bill was $1,075 including labor, roughly $1,000 less than I expected. They also offered me a free ride to a motel nearby with no charge! This shop staff have honesty and courtesy that is very rare nowadays. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Trucks inc is the best dealer I’ve ever been too in my 35 years in trucking. I came in on the hook. As soon as the steers touched the ground they was straight into diagnosing the issue. The service staff and techs really know their stuff. Very friendly and helpful. Not only did they sort the issue that caused my breakdown, but sorted out warranty work that my local dealer failed to tell me about and act on. I will be recommending Trucks inc to my friends and colleagues. And when I’m next in the area I will use them for any service work. Volvo need to use Trucks inc as a standard other Volvo dealers should live up too. Enough said.
