Arrow truck was a great place to buy. My husband just got his first truck there and they were very professional and helpful to us since is our first time. I highly recommend. Our sales representative was Tony.
My truck salesman was Tony D and he was the best! Very professional and very quick with the whole process from me walking in telling him I wanted a truck that was a thousand miles away at another Arrow dealership to him getting the truck transported to Elizabeth and me driving away with it. The truck was beautiful and Tony made sure it was running 100% and detailed right before I got there so it was almost like a new truck. He offers a 4 year warranty on the truck and if you know anything about the trucking business that’s always something great to have in your back pocket. If you’re looking to get into a new truck you go in here and ask for Tony D he’s the best and he’ll help you get financed driving your dream rig!
DO NOT buy a truck from this location.I can't speak for other arrow locations but this place sells trucks with problems. When they say they will change the batteries, fridges, tires or any other part they use refurbished garbage that breaks in couple of month. You can also kiss that warranty good bye after you leave their yard bcs they will find a reason not to fix it.
I have been working here for 17 years as of 2022 and it is by far the best company that I have ever worked for, putting customers first and providing trucks that have been purchased from well maintained fleets, checking and double checking them by qualified Volvo technicians, and backing the trucks with a free limited nationwide warranty good at any shop of the customer's choice for covered repairs. Great place to buy a truck from. After shopping around for few months, I was recommended Arrow by a friend who had a good past experience with them. So I decided to pay them a visit and see what they had in their inventory. I was very impressed by how clean and well maintained every single truck in the lot was, but unfortunately almost everything on the lot, at that moment, was on hold for someone else. A member of their sales team, Mr.Kevin Davies, went above and beyond to find me a truck just the way I wanted, we searched on their online inventory for few days, Mr.Kevin was able to secure me a new truck that had just entered the inventory. After few days I was in my new truck. Mr. kevin showed great knowledge about every single aspect of the business. Overall, I’m very satisfied with everything, I would definitely recommend Arrow.
