ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO PAY THEM TO DAMAGE YOUR TRUCK. This shop is the worst. Held my truck for 3 weeks and broke my windshield. My truck is in worse shape than I dropped it off in (the shop busted up my windshield) and they sent me a $2k bill. They held the truck for over 3 weeks for a check engine light and then I pay my bill and pick it up and the windshield is broken!!!!! Costs me 3 weeks of a rental truck and now more to get my windshield repaired.

Worse costumer service. In this heatwave, their store does not provide air conditioning. People are dying from heatwaves and they don't care about how hot and humid inside the store is. In addition, there is no line for people who ordered online and made the payment online 3 months ago. They make you wait with the rest of the people who are there at the store to purchase parts, which is not usual for gabrielli truck stores because I been to Queens and Long Island stores which have a separate window for picking up parts for costumers who made the payment 3 months ago like myself. Moreover, I ordered 2 interior Volvo curtains which was processed by Peter Santana who is forgetful and irresponsible when it comes to online orders. I had to call him and bothering him to ask about the status of my order and he would continuously say that he will call me tomorrow and that the curtains will be at the store tomorrow. But never called me or updated me with the status of my order which I paid 3 months ago. Overall, don't order from this store and don't go there if you want to have a respectful and comfortable costumer experience. They literally don't care about your complains and they are very unprofessional when it comes to phone calls or orders. They will take your money easily but will give you hard time to return your money for the item you never received.

The best in the tri-state area. The service department is always helpful and their staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help the costumer. Personally, I like the fact that there is no hidden fees or extra charges. They had always been upfront and explain everything in detail when bringing my trucks for any kind of repair. Keep up the good work!

Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Don’t order any parts from here. They are a disgrace to the Gabrielle Truck company. The one is Long Island is way much better and professional as how most stores operate. If you don’t want problems, don’t go to this bronx store.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR TRUCK HERE. THIS IS A WARNING!! Make sure to know exactly what is wrong with your truck and then bring it to there. Otherwise I promise you they will make problems to your truck to charge you most of they can. Thats what they did to me. I wanted to pull my truck from there to another location and they are not letting me do that. Its been 1 week and they are still “assembling” the truck. Plus charging me storage fee everyday of $150 plus Diagnostic fee. Which I have never been told about this. I promise you these people are liars. They are accusing me the things I have never told!!! I have all recorded. What a nasty people and company. Never saw something like this in my life.

Down here for a truck that was supposedly serviced and paid for... I have yet to receive keys, paperwork, or explanation on why I have been sitting on a five gallon bucket for an hour now. Edit... with another individual who was guaranteed a rental this morning only to be told that the truck won't start (dead batteries) then blamed for being here at 730 instead of 8. Edit... 2 hours now. Edit... nearly 4 hours to find out batteries were dead and won't hold a charge. Edit... 6 hours and I might be almost ready to teach them how to put new batteries in

Staff was extremely kind, funny, and helpful. My truck broke down coming in from New Jersey to the Bronx, and a water pump with a belt had to be replaced. Being someone from the West coast, I was expecting rude and arrogant service. Although the truck had to stay an extra night waiting for parts, they were able to make the necessary repairs in a few hours the following morning.

Took my 2011 hino that was running perfect in for a recall and left with a $10,000 bill for parts I had already changed 2 months before since then I’ve spent over $20,000 in parts at this dealship between two of my trucks walked in today to purchase a sensor that costs $500 but was unsure witch sensor I needed front or back both the same price I had the code the computer was throwing and asked the parts guy who is great by the way only reason I keep going here (for parts) if he would know he said to go ask for a mechanic in service and see witch one it was I never made it past the front desk I was told that I can’t be given this information and could not speak with a mechanic So for a two minute conversation that would have made them $500 I walked out and will not be going back

I received email from Service Dept. advising that my truck was ready. I traveled 600 miles only to find out that my truck was not ready. I’ve been waiting for over 2-1/2 hours and truck is still not ready. My advice to anyone would be don’t go to Gabrielli trucks Bronx NY for any type of service work.
