One great experience after another. Since purchasing my KW back in February of this year I've learned that TLG in Dunn has the parts and service I need for my truck, I don't have to go to Clinton anymore for parts. I had a turbo actuator fail in my truck which left me scrambling for a fix but between Patricia and Daniel in parts and Mike in service, they helped me to keep cost and down time to a minimum! Especially Patricia, for getting me the part I needed in a timely manner and reordering a defective part and it came a day early. She also called me on a Saturday to see If I had got my truck back running which the answer was NO. She then told me about Mike in service, and he might be able to assist me. So with Mike's assistance and knowledge I was able to get my truck back running. You just don't see this kind of service out of people these days!! Kudos to Anthony the general manager and your team sir for a job well done. It is a pleasure doing business at TLG of Dunn.

Came in with a diesel leak at the water separator! Instead of being greedy and charging me for something I didn’t need, the service writer Jacob told me to go and buy and new filter and he would install it for me. It appears that at the last PM previous dealer did not tighten the cap all the way and eventually started leaking. No charge this time other than a new filter which I didn’t use, but kept as a spare! Thank you guys for the great service and quick help.

I would like to thx TLG Peterbelt of Dunn for definitely keeping my trucks running for 2023 service year . They come in handy for all my parts needs on weekends especially on Sunday parts service men Daniel Stewart is just awesome no matter what we need he goes extra being sure we get what we need

Dan Saul is a very knowledgeable technician. our company recommends him to all our partners that need mobile service. Jacob Durrette and his team with Jimmy Alford works very hard to ensure we are satisfied with the level of service we receive from TLG Dunn which is outstanding. Quinn Cook and Ellen Laney keeps us informed and up to date on all our repairs, so we know a good timeline on the ETC of our trucks. Brittany Yaw is our go to on sourcing hard to find or backordered parts and works hard to get us the parts we need. I would and do recommend TLG Dunn to anyone looking for a reliable and honest truck repair dealership.

Called in and talked to Daniel to get some parts for one of our old rollbacks. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and was able to find everything we needed within a few minutes. Went in a few hours later to pick everything up and Daniel already had everything pulled and ready to go. Quick in and out. Great experience!

Had some def lights going off on the peterbilt went to them they got right with me the second shift desk woman was very friendly and helped me right away the Travis mechanic was helpful and even gave me some more advice so they updated my software it ran until the next day but it winded up needing the beloved def fuel level sensor but they did try to help me so thank you the first shift mechanic was very friendly as well he has worked on my truck a couple times so he remembered me so I guess that’s good in bad I’m in there to much but overall great service maybe they can throw in a couple hats or two since it seams I will be visiting them often with this peterbilt

Radiator replacement.Excellent service. Done in a timely manner. Treated very well by everyone. Reasonable price. Update- had to return to shop due to cac air leak, also found out they put the same coolant back in after I told them to replace because I had to add a total of 6 gallons of water to get me here. Communication is the key fellas.

When I first went to TLG the salesmen I was dealing with was Jordan everything seemed to be going good when I decided what truck I wanted he was in a real big hurry to get the deal signed which I can understand it was business, I wasn't happy that he just put a title on my business which was put on the title and I told him at the time I could put no name on the title until I found out if the name was available so after him being in such a hurry he just put a name and the name he put on the title was not even available so then I had to go get a title change, I wasn't happy he didn't even consider budging on the price of the truck which was $119,950. I tried to talk him down to a straight 119,000. only because I did pay cash, he wouldn't budge which my opinion he was very unprofessional. I left the dealership with no fuel and no def they were both a hair shy from being empty thankfully I only live 20 minutes from the dealership. I asked Jordan why I didn't have no fuel or def put in the truck his reply was we don't put fuel in the used trucks, they had no new trucks on the lot period, I get the truck home and go to install my CB whoever had the truck cut all the cables all the wires for the CB cut the wires to the dash cam and the TV there are two outlets in the sleeper berth neither one of them work. I'm just not happy at all I will not return and I would not refer this place. I can't put all the blame on Jordan I should have looked closer but as in being a salesman he should have pointed the stuff out.
