TranSource began in 1982 when Jim Bland, a seasoned veteran of the commercial truck industry, and his wife Gail purchased the Winston-Salem Mack Trucks Dealership (Triad Mack), and later moved the company to Kernersville, North Carolina. Over the years, the company added locations and franchises, including Volvo Trucks, Hino Trucks, and Isuzu trucks to its offerings. In 2006 TranSource moved its headquarters to Greensboro. Expansion continues to this day while expanding into additional markets in North Carolina and South Dakota with Volvo Construction Equipment.

They had my truck for 10 days and never even touched it... They are over whelmed... Definitely need a bigger shop and more help.

My husband went today and needed answers about the Mack truck that he recently purchased from an individual. The people at the parts department was super nice but the grouch at the service department needs not to be there. His attitude alone will drive customers away! Needless to say my husband questions wasn't answered and he only got growled at!

I'm guessing that they train there drivers to not be courteous and cause accidents they have no remorse on the actions that they do it's really ashamed if your one of there drivers that does not act like this then I say thank you but there is one at least that does preform bad actions

Typical Transource of Raleigh. We take a unit there for repair and it takes 2 months and over $25k for it to fail 20 minutes after we pick it up. Now its back there and they want an additional $2400 to replace parts they're incredibly unskilled hands have been touching. Beware of this business model.

When coming to this store please bring a pillow and blanket !!! They take forever to do anything !!!!! They don’t answer the phone to even ask if they have a part in stock. So then I have no choice but come in person and wait for ever !!!!!!!!!!!! Do freaking better and open some more locations and start paying your workers maybe they will come to work !

Parts team is great we purchase quite a bit from them. Jeff, Juan, Caleb and Kyle all work hard for us. We just started having Pedro as our delivery driver and he is a rock star.

Don't expect TranSource Raleigh service to be on time with appointments. I scheduled a PM service two weeks out and was told they would be able to start on it first thing the morning of my appointment. I dropped my truck off the day before the service appointment just to be sure it was available first thing in the morning. On the day of the appointment, I called to check on the progress and was told it was scheduled for their 2:30 technician. When I explained that I was told it would be serviced in the morning. Mike the service guy said they don't schedule by the hour only the day (not what I was told). The previous time I had my truck in there for a "morning" service, a similar issue occurred, but this time their excuse was that they could not find my truck on their own lot. They didn't call me to ask where it was. If I had not called to check on the progress, they would have never started servicing my truck. TranSource is obviously not concerned with schedules or their customers. If google would let me leave zero stars I would.

Purchased parts and gotten assistance here numerous times with good experiences. Only issue I've had is delay in shipping which they can't control and they have a waiting list for service so if you need something done quick you'll have to go else where

Didn’t really enjoy working there. The problem is they just don’t have a manager he left right after hiring me. Me and him had a certain agreement and a understanding of each other. Once he left my offer contract was breached i was working schedules i wasn’t supposed to work until my 3 month training was up because i would receive extra money for it. I also worked a double and had to close and never received any extra money for that because they are salary based. Good News is i dont have to work for another company now Im SelfMade

Do not bring your truck here. They will rip you off with diagnostic fees and double labor charges. I told them what I wanted done. No diagnosis was necessary. The proof is in the estimate I have posted. They will give you the runaround when you call to get updated on the truck. I tried calling them at night to get updated and they wouldn’t answer. I let the phone ring for 15 minutes before I finally gave up. Very unprofessional.

I needed service been having issues with my company truck so I deadhead there thinking I was finally going to get my truck fixed but low and behold I was turned away because I had my trailer with me plus ran all my hours out to get there not knowing I’ll have to PC out the place because my trailer was not allowed in lot … wish they publicly announce that so some people from a different state would know

I travel 45 minutes to this TS rather than my local one because they always have everything in stock for all my Volvos. Plus they fits out front are really helpful and understanding that’s definitely needed on a pinch.
