I called and this shop got us in for service immediately. What a great staff. More to follow. Still in shop after 10 days. Partner and vendor suppliers appear to be a challenge, twice. Woot! You have a problem, these good folks have the top notch techs to get you on the road. Brian, best of luck to you and appreciate your professionalism. Dave (Jersey) - you're the man! Thanks for getting us on the road and going the extra mile to ensure my engine was fixed the right way. You're amazing. Bryan, Johnny, Melissa truly know how to take care of there customers. Not only do they do an immaculate job at the front desk the guy's in the shop are master mechanics and have your truck fixed and back on the road asap!!

We had a truck that was in need of a transmission. Velocity Truck Centers of Raleigh was awesome! Brian, the service advisor, and Coltin, the service manager, offered excellent communication, were very friendly & responsive. Not only was the turnaround quick, the service was even better! If we ever need service in the area again, we will definitely choose them!

My fiance had his brand new truck towed here after it broke down one week into service. The truck has been there almost 1 1/2 months. They can't find parts, they don't communicate. My fiance has had to call almost daily to make sure they prioritize the repair. The warranty company even had to find parts for them and that's not their job. It's always an excuse.

Having to take your truck there 3 times in one month is crazy. No one can afford that, missing work, driver not making any money, burning fuel to keep being it back, etc. If I bring in my truck fix what I told you was wrong with it first. Don't come telling me we fixed this and that and not talk to me about it first. Or we fixed it and changed me for it and the whole time you never fixed it at all. I was so disappointed with the whole thing. Truck in the shop a whole week and still had to bring it back. SMH

Lies on top of lies!!My other review disappeared some how,hmmm!!!I had to connect them with parts for my truck..They were telling me that they had ordered the parts already,but they hadn't..Keep a check on you truck evey single day people!!

Colton(Service Mgr.) is a man of his word, if his team makes a mistake he makes sure that the issue is corrected. Much appreciated and respected. Randy(Hope Mills Service Mgr.) is the same way. These guys are great assets to this company.

Avoid this place. They kept my truck for weeks. Finally picked it up on a Thursday. Had to bring it back Friday. They had it now for 2 and a half weeks. Keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow but still haven’t heard back. Called up there. I been on hold for 30mins. .. AVOID THIS SHOP. FIND SOMEWHERE IS TO GO IF YOU CAN. !!!!!!!

Absolute crooks. Do not ever take your vehicles to this place. They cheat and a scam and they overcharge and they know what they’re doing.

Was worried based on the reviews. That said I had a great experience here! Another location made a mistake, this location fixed it at no charge. In and out same day even though they were super busy.

They are always friendly and professional. All the parts needed for my box truck!

I went in for one problem. After a week they diagnosed and found a few other problems. I approved the work to be done which led to other problems. I decided as long as they're going this far into the motor I might as well get an overhaul. Thank God after almost 2 months and a boat load of money later, I get my truck back. I made it 70 miles before the motor locked up. I had to get towed back and now they're saying it's going to be a week before they can even look at it. My truck is worse off now than it was when I brought the truck to them 2 months ago, and I'm almost broke. Terrible experience!

Go see my guy Carr in Service. I take all my Freightliners to Raleigh and they always treat me right. So glad there open til 8pm. I wish all dealerships were like that.
