The transaction was pleasant and personalized. Charlie Collier, the GM, went above and beyond to deliver the truck and address our concerns. Special requests were accommodated, the price was fair, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

Very unhappy with my truck. They supposedly inspected the truck but the moment i got on I75, i started having issues. No cruise control, grinding noise when turning and water getting in the cab when raining. Truck been in the shop for 10 days and right after picking up a load i broke down on the side of the road. They will rush you through the process. They will act like they care, but they dont. They are not your friends.

I bought a truck from Arrow in 2017. There isn't an Arrow dealer where I live in North Carolina, but I was in Cincinnati visiting friends and met up with Jamie Brewer in the sales department. We looked at several different trucks and several different options. He told me that he could sell me a truck from any one of arrows locations across North America, not just Cincinnati. A couple weeks later when I had my LLC paperwork squared away, I found the perfect truck for what I wanted to do. It was a black Volvo day cab with a Cummins engine at the Tampa location. We got most of the paperwork taken care of through email. When I got to tampa, there were just a couple forms to sign after the test drive and I was on my way. Jamie had everything ready to go from start to finish. It was all very well organized. For the next 3 years, I made a lot of money as a small business owner using that truck. I don't know if I would have taken that step had it not been for the knowledge and expertise I had from Jamie. Life had some changes for me and I eventually sold the truck (for almost the same I paid for it), I look back fondly on that period in my career and know that a big reason it happened was because of the team at Arrow and Jamie Brewer.

This review is intended to educate potential Arrow truck sales buyers as opposed to bashing Arrow. I bought two Freightliner day cabs from Arrow, one in March of this year and another in May. I have had nothing but problems with the after treatment systems. The one I bought in March is currently in the shop having the one box completely replaced. If you are looking to buy a truck from Arrow it would be in your absolute best interest to take it to an independent shop and have them check it out entirely. From my own personal experience as well, stay away from the NTP warranty. They require the shops to cut through so much red tape that the repairs take three times as long to get done and NTP is yet to pay even half of what the repair costs have been on both of these tractors. Be smart out there people. Once you drive the truck off their lot they will forget who you are. As owner operators, we already overpay for maintenance repairs and fuel. Take the tractors to someone you trust and have them check everything. The sam chassis, the after treatment system, and any and all components. Once you drive it off their lot you’re stuck with it and NTP is not in the business to pay for your truck repairs. They only wanna collect that $10,000 warranty payment and send you on your way. Buyer beware! You all have been warned.

I had a great experience working with Jamie Brewer. I started looking into buying a truck about six months prior to actually purchasing a truck. Originally he n I picked out a white T680.. only to discover it wound not arrive till the following week.. I love the shiny color and super clean interior.. thanks again. Update 6 17 21. I already hauled a lot of loads. I'm impressed with Pacar Technology. In short its powerful n fuel efficient. I recently hauled a 42000 lb load Finley oh. To Gaylord. Collecting a 8.5 mpg on 450 miles .
