We have worked with Matt Fuetter and staff for many years now, his hands on help with the five truck purchases we have made have been so smooth. Huge Thank you for all the time and patience going through every small detail to ensure a hassle free sale and experience with your company. Hands down a great sales rep to have on your side.
We have purchased three semi trucks from them over the years. Great to deal with. Easy purchase.
my experience with Mike with Trux& equipment was awesome. I trust them Mike pay bill to resolve issues with tires after driving it 2000 miles. I told all my partners and friends about them and they are going to purchase trucks with affordable prices and good condition. don’t miss such great opportunities to buy trucks. Don’t listen to the bad reviews.

Matt is the owner of the company and is a phenomenal person to deal with, easy to get along with makes sure that your his first priority . The process was swift and makes you feel at home. Best family buinsiness I've ever dealt with.
Great guys, great service. This is my second truck within a few years at this dealership. It is a smooth paperwork transaction. Few days after the purchase I had a coolant leak, it was not a brand new equipment and Matt sent towing and repaired a leak at no cost. Mike and Matt do care for the client and business
Well I have to admit I am shocked and impressed with how Matt and Mike from Trux & Equipment have recuperated from my initial slanderous remarks. I owe you guys a HUGE apology and a GREAT BIG THANKS. I’m more confident now with the equipment that I purchased from them then I was with my 1st dealer, and can now fulfill my obligations to maintain and uphold my company. THANKS AGAIN YOU GUYS, I am happy and I look forward to doing further business with you again.
Worst Experience Ever - After working out a deal to purchase a truck for $65,000 which included a 24 month / 250,000 mile extended service contract, we were told that we were approved with $7500 down and we placed a $1000 deposit down on two trucks. When the first truck’s finance contract was emailed to us, the amount to finance was listed at $65,425! WHAT? $65,000 minus $7500 down payment leaves $57,500 to finance. This equals a $7925 increase in the amount to finance. Matt (our salesman) acknowledged that the buyers order that we signed on the first truck was for $65,000 and included the warranty. He then explained that that agreement was based on financing at 15% through a different finance company than the one he went with because we wanted a better interest rate. This was NEVER mentioned to us. He basically stated that with the lower interest rate at this alternative finance company that we had to purchase the service contract separately at the price of $7500. Take it or leave it. If we leave it, he is keeping our $1000 deposit! When we left the deposit, our financing was suppose to be all set at a much lower rate, including the service agreement. So, he wants us to pay the same $65,000 for the first truck and an additional $7500 for the same service contract that was included with the original deal. At no time, when going over interest rates and payments did Matt inform us that he had added the $7500 for the service contract to the deal. It was discovered only when I read through the 22 page finance agreement that we received. Further, I was scolded by Matt for contacting the finance company when I had questions regarding the prepayment clause in their contract, which is what the finance company’s email said to do, “Contact us if you have any questions.” They even listed an email address and phone number to contact. So, both Matt (the salesman) and the guy from the finance company were mad because I was questioning the contract prepayment penalties and the figures. Both Matt and the finance company representative have threatened to pull the approval because I’m questioning the documents. As a previous Business Manager in the Automotive Industry, I understand the difference between a loan and a lease and at no time in the deal were we ever interesting in a lease of any kind, so your response is more lies. In the end, we contacted a different dealership and purchased a nearly identical semi, with a service contract, for less money and used the bank that Matt had gotten us approved with. Response to your response: I've typed up a response to your ridiculous response but I've been advised that I've exceeded the character count allowed. I'll have Randy log in and do another review under his name with the response. Enjoy! PS: Profanity is not my style, but nice try at discrediting me.
Matt is a total crook. I was considering buying a truck here but wanted to get it checked out. Matt treated me like I was stupid for wanting to get it checked out. I had already put a deposit down and they wouldn’t return it. It was in fine print non refundable. That’s okay Matt needed it more than myself. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I couldn’t speak to anyone besides him that he was the only one that he was the owner. Good luck to those guys
Great place to purchase a semi. I’m a very satisfied customer.
Not a trustworthy people I ask him for 505 motor but this guy mattew put the wrong sticker on the motor n says it is 505 he didn’t allow to take me to fright liner dealership he convinced me that motor is 505 n sold me a truck I recommend never go there
Bought a Volvo here. They did an excellent job of taking care of me. I got a great deal on it. I've had it for 5 months now and haven't had any issues. Definitely recommend them.
Very happy with truck I got from them. They are a good used truck dealer to deal with. When you buy any use truck you should always check everything out and always get a good warranty with a used truck.... you only have yourself to blame once you sign the dotted line. if you did not check everything out before you sign them it’s your fault
I purchased two trucks here family owned , easy to work with I will be back for another one..
DO NOT PURCHASE HERE, LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS.....Purchased a Cascadia with under 600k miles. Within one week over $10k in repairs and nothing but head aches for a whole month. Have yet to make money off this truck. Only buy a truck here if you want to fail.
Great place to buy a truck. Matt was awesome
Great place traveled all the way from California to buy here. Cleanest trucks on the market.
