In December of 2022, Young Volvo completed the required training and certification program to become the first Volvo Trucks Certified EV dealership in Ohio. Volvo Trucks North America President, Peter Voorhoeve, said “adding our tenth state to the Volvo Trucks Certified EV Dealer network is the perfect way to close out a year that has seen significant expansion of the electromobility ecosystem that is necessary to support battery-electric trucks.”

I have only dealt with service, but absolutely amazing staff. Old school freightliner, pet friendly, not like the new ones and very grateful for that.

The person who was there is incompetent, he didn't know anything and for not doing anything he charged me $1150.00. They are abusers.

Cody lied to me from start to finish.had my truck for 5 days for a service and front shocks. And shocks wasn't even done. I would not come here. This place doesn't care how long they have your truck. Not understanding this is peoples livelihood. They are use to dealing with big companies that has hundred of thousands to throw away. Owner operator beware.

These guys are great! Knowledgeable, friendly, fast service. Willing to take time to answer and explain everything necessary with you about what's going on with your truck. They also allow appts which we all know is a huge thing if we can keep rolling until it's time to be down versus having to wait a week to even get diagnosed at most other places. If I ever have the choice on who gets my business, I'll come back here again.

We will only take our motorhome here! We’ve taken our unit there many times in the last 5 years always with great service. This year they saved our family vacation. We were bringing our motorhome in for an oil change and the engine light came on while driving it to the shop. The guys worked hard for 3 days to figure it out and got it done 1 day before we wanted to leave. The shop manager is always great about keeping us informed of the progress of our unit. Thank you guys again!

The Guys here Wowed me, with regards to how they took care of me. i had a DEF issue while i was in Ohio, and it was late. i googled Freightliner and find this one was still opened. by the time i got to the shop it was almost 12 midnight, some of the Mechanics were already leaving for the night. one of them was still in his work-clothes, before i could finish what i was saying, he grabbed his Diagnostic Equipment, find it was the DEF pump. and asked if i wanted it done same night. "YES, i said" this guy went under my truck. From Check In to Check out was about over an Hour, i had never seen anyone so dedicated to helping a customer. That means a whole lot to me. Young Freightliner traded old Pete for a Freightliner. Everyone in the place was super nice☺. Thank you! Adam for all your help getting us started. Traveled from Minneapolis Minnesota to buy a truck in Canton Ohio because we liked there website and Adam was great talking to. Made it in there yesterday afternoon with a ruptured high pressure fuel line they couldn't have been more helpful bent over backwards to get me sorted out in and out and under an hour awesome friendly people well worth the stop by. Very pleased with the service the price the workmanship have no hesitation and recommending this place to anybody. Well done to all

Great place for parts, at night be careful, had to negotiate parking because hard to figure back lot a night. Not easy to get turned around. I ended up way in back with bad signage, hard as hell to get turned around.

This is my favorite shop for my Freightliners. Open all 7 days and they are busy, but they will keep it honest and they will fix it right first time. You can't say that for many dealerships services anymore.

When I entered the guy behind the counter asked how could he help me. I proceeded to describe my windshield wipers issue but as I was speaking he was looking at me as if he really didn't care. Then he asked if I was dropping it off or if I lived locally. I said neither. He then proceeded to tell me they were booked out for some 8 to 10 days n that they were short staffed in addition to it being a holiday wknd. So my issue isn't the fact they were booked out nor the fact they are short staff (all understandable situations) but my issue is the first impression he gave me as a possible new female customer as I was explaining what my issue was. I definitely understand being overwhelmed but that shouldn't be shown to the customer n I definitely didn't feel welcomed so after he started to explain being booked up I said thank you n have a good day n proceeded to leave bcuz at that point I no longer wanted to do business at this location. I didn't have an emergency as much as just an aggravation of the intermittent selections n auto wiper functions not working properly on my 23 freightliner. Also he proceeded to apologize for not being able to get my truck into the shop as I was leaving out the door.

Was very happy with our experience at Young truck sales. Chris was our salesman and treated us very well kept us very up-to-date with the whole process. there were some things that were difficult to work through with assembly lines not being in full production during covid but Chris kept us very up-to-date I would suggest his boss gives him one of the yeti cups they gave us... For all of his hard work... And as a finishing touch he bought my dinner.....

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from the moment I arrived at Young Freightliner. As a O/O when you're faced with a breakdown & all the cost & stress that goes along with it. The little things help out in a big way, like a clean & comfortable driver's lounge. A complimentary vehicle to go get food. Should you need a place to stay overnight , they have a book listing all the hotels & restaurants in the area. Some even offered a discount being a CDL driver. Young even took care of my Uber ride to my hotel.. Listen, I have been in a lot of truck shops over the past 18 yrs . But no other shop comes close to the A1 service i received at Young Freightliner. My boyfriend has brought his truck in more than once due to the fact it is the closest to our home. Everytime it takes them 3-4 days to even look at it to see what is wrong. They will not even give you an eta on when they will look at it. Do not recommend if you need your truck to make money. Because they keep you down for about a week before you even know anything.
