Grateful for the team at Coopersburg. I showed up connected to a trailer looking to get service on 2 check engine lights. They had a place for me to drop and got me diagnosed within the day. They had a shuttle service to run me to a hotel for the night while they completed the repairs. I was out the next day. That is saying a lot when it comes to dealer shops in this climate! They have lots of truck and lots of techs. The customer service was great! Hope you drivers don’t need service during these times but if you do, Coopersburg Kenworth is worth it!
Very happy with the help we received from Mike Kressler. He went above and beyond to help us organize a parts list for six of our trucks. He saved us a ton of time and money and overall made all our lives easier. Mike will be our first call when ordering any truck parts in the future. Thanks Mike
I just bought a 2022 Kenworth T680 from them, put it in the shop to have a bunch of extra bells and whistles on it. Everyone there is fantastic to work with. From Chip, the sales person to all the folks in Service, Tracy, Josh, Taylor, Mike(I think). And all the folks in the parts department that I've met and talked to, Danial, Mike, Ryan and I know I'm missing a few, my apologies. I moved from a 2000 to a 2022 with tons of technology. Everyone there has been very patient with me and all my questions. If they did not know something, they found out. An easy 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!! -- Bob V.
Mike was very prompt in answering the phone. The thing which impressed me the most is he asked if I could hold for a second and actually waited for my answer. He didn't just dump me on a hold .
Went for a deration was in @8am was out 4pm same day.loved it .the lady at the front desk was very professional. Checked on Google the estimate and theirs was close.thanks.gained the towing and the hotel stay by getting me out the same day.still no problem after my 6th day
First time redoing an entire engine.... mike kressler was very helpful and detailed on making sure i had the right gaskets and o rings for my cat re build. Thank you
Mike Kressler has been a huge help with with numerous VIN stickers we need for our customers. Between processing them, his quick response and sending them to us has been amazing! Very disappointing experience with this dealership. Bought a truck from them, called to say we are coming to pick it up and the salesman says oh the other office sold the truck. REALLY??? You have already been paid for the truck and you don't have the decency to tell us until we say we are coming to pick it up??? When asked who put the down payment down first... no response. So, we are out the truck and the money it cost us to drive from NH to PA and pay our mechanic to go check out the truck. No response from anybody from that company. If the job had been done correctly in this day of technology, you would think the down payment would have been entered into the computer. Very very disappointing and very POOR business.

I'm taking a few minutes to write about Coopersburg Kenworth service. It's amazing Tracy, Tyler and Mike are exceptional professionals and of course JP. What a great team at this dealer. They have to come to Jersey and teach people how to treat customers. I live and work in Jersey, and I take my truck to them. I don't care the 83 miles that I drive, because my truck will be in good hands. Ohh Tim in the body shop, tremendous gentleman. Thank you guys mentioned here and the whole crew of sales, parts and mechanics. You guys are awesome.

I highly recommend the Coopersburg shop. Had two emergency repairs done recently. Very well skilled mechanics. Excellent communication from Tracy on the service desk during both repairs. Every person I met at the dealership was helpful and very courteous. If repairs are again needed while in the area I will absolutely use them. Cheers.
this is the most frustrating place. WHY DO YOU NOT PUT WHERE THE TRUCKS ARE? if the trucks are at a different location it should say so. Another thing is you can't schedule a test drive because the website doesn't work. these trucks cost a lot of money and I want to know what im dealing with. last thing the sales are very pushy the guy asked me 3 times in 10 minutes how much money im putting down. ps... scheduling to test drive a truck does NOT work still. it keeps saying there's a error

I live in NJ and I had to call a dealership in PA to get help with a question. Tyler Burdette went above and beyond to get me the information I needed. This was shocking to me because like I said I live in NJ and people just dont care and dont want to help, we need more guys like Tyler in this industry
I took my truck there for a 8 hr. Job the dealership quoted me, a week later and a larger bill than quoted after there mechanic broke a bracket on the rear axle and charged me an extra 500 to weld it back on. But they are nice ppl that much is true.
