I have nothing but good things to say about Pedigree especially the team I worked with! Davey (Darryl D. Robinson) “my salesman”went above and beyond, answered any and all questions I had on a dime. I even had issues with the APU on the truck after I returned home (about 5 hour ride), walked me through the issue and it works perfect now. The truck I bought is in great shape and came with all service records. Tyler Yarborough was my point man when I got on site in PA and walked me through the truck I bought. Made every process of buying the truck quick and simple. All in all the team at Pedigree will work hard to get you what you want. I appreciate you all, Thanks again!

I just bought my first truck through Pedigree and worked with Nolan out in Salt Lake and all the guys at Springfield. Great people and answered all my calls and emails and do not give you the run around. I looked at a few trucks before stumbling on these guys and glad I did as the attention to detail they put in to preparing the trucks is second to none. It’s a used truck but looks new. Recently bought a 2014 utility reefer from pedigree and from the start it was a hassle and there were a few hiccups along the way with the salesman we had but the trailer itself is in great shape and runs well and Nathan who I believe is the sales manager reached out to me and did his best to rectify the situation and make our business appreciated showing that he cares about proper communication. I have plans to expand my trucking business in the near future and will definitely keep Nathan and Pedigree in the loop to help with our equipment needs.

I put a $1000 down on a trailer sale man was Joe Pelosi, before I finalized the deal I came to check the trailer, and found multiple problems with the trailer, he promised to fix the problems before I came back to pick it up, not only they didn't fix the problems, but also they advertised that "if buying any trailer between now to July 4th you will get $3000 fuel" this one of the reasons I made sure that I took the trailer before July 4th so I can get the $3000 fuel, Joe Pelosi told me that I cannot get the $3000 fuel because I bought my trailer for less than $35,000. I asked him why they didn't add what he told me in the advertisement, so that customers know before buying, this guy has no idea how to talk to customers at all, whatever came out of his mouth ?, I've seen people got scammed before. But I wouldn't think I would have experienced it myself (about fixing the trailer before I came back, the advertisement, and bad customer service. I wish Noone experienced what I have experienced. The only reason I still took the trailer was because I didn't want to lose my $1000 deposit I worked hard for

I discovered Pedigree while shopping for my very first truck to start my business. I contacted a sales person in Springfield and he gladly explained everything they had to offer. After looking through all of the available trucks I decided on one that was at the Pittston location. I contacted Tyler Yarborough and the sales team there and set up an appointment to come look at the inventory in person. After deciding on a truck it went through a very thorough inspection, service and cleaning. It was a very pleasant experience and I was extremely satisfied with everyone and everything they provided and would definitely recommend them and consider purchasing more equipment from them in the future. I was able to pick up the phone at anytime during and even after the purchase with any questions and they promptly responded.

Joe P at Pedigree is the consummate PROFESSIONAL. This was my first trailer purchase and I would most certainly go back to him again for my next truck or trailer. Communication is key with him, he is a prompt responder, keeps everything above board, and looks out for his customer and their needs. I was not very happy with the amount of time it took to move my trailer from Salt Lake City Utah to Pittston PA. With it taking almost 2 weeks after my trailer was purchased and then my trailer going by Pittston 2 times as it was being used to run loads. The trailer was left dirty and disgusting inside I had to have a trailer washout which costed me $45. After spending that kind of money on a trailer you would think it would have been cleaned. I do not believe it was the salesman's fault.I believe it was the company's fault for not telling the driver when they dispatched them on the trailer to have it washed before delivering it. I would be happy to do business with Joe again at pedigree. He was polite courteous friendly and did everything he could to help me out.

Great experience buying a reefer trailer from Pedigree. Josh Pilosi was very helpful, he helped me find the right trailer. Dalton from Springfield, MO was also very helpful in getting me financed. I was so happy with the experience that I recommended them to my friend and be ended up buying a truck and trailer from them.

I was in the process of purchasing a reefer from them however my experience was not great. I made a deposit and never got the chance to pick the one I wanted. They told me that the process would take 3 weeks. I had to keep calling and reaching out for information regarding the trailer. I received a contract however I refused to sign until I saw the trailer and did an inspection. Below are the photos I took of the trailer. I have been trying to get my deposit back and all I keep hearing is that the deposit is non-refundable, when there was no signed documentation or agreement stating this fact. I would not recommend them for trailer purchases.

My name is michael and I wanted to buy a reefer unit from year 2016 from this company office located in pittston PA....i went there and i saw the unit and joe pelosi was the guy in charge...we came to an agreement from his parts to fix the trailer up and be ready for me to buy...i was supposed to wait 2 weeks for them to fix it...meantime i had to put 1000$ to reserve the unit...2 weeks past i went to take the trailer and pay the rest of the money....to my surprise instead of fixing the trailer they took the good parts of that unit and replaced them with parts from an unit that is probably year 2000...and said that that’s what they do to all the trailers that wanna sell....and after i said that I don’t wanna buy the unit cause is not the same that i saw they don’t wanna give the 1000$ back.... They are screwing people intentionally and they need time to replace good parts from the unit you saw primarily with bad parts and forcing you to waste your time and money and in the end he says that I don’t know when you will get your hold money back.... Attention to everyone. DO NOT BUY ANY UNITS from them...!!!!!
