Visited Nov 17th 2023...TOTAL RIP OFF...Charged me 4 hours labor for 10 mins service...tried to charge me for 3700.00 in work...refused to give the keys back unless I paid...all I asked for was a an alignment...and there alignment machine was broken...SCAMMED OUT OF 440.00 dollars...Don't go there !!!
I had a load going to California. I called them for oil change, *JUST OIL CHANGE* they said it would take only 1 hour. My driver arrived at 9:00 a.m. They kept us waiting until 8:30 p.m it's almost 12 hours. Then they charged me about $1046. I called them how oil change cost more than $1k are you serious. They said pay it or the truck will not leave the shop. I asked to speak to the manager, and he lied to me and said someone called us and told us to do grease and change all the filters. I couldn't do anything because I'm too late to my destination. I told my driver to pay them and just leave. My driver's card can't pay more them $1000. He paid it, but it was still 46$, and he didn't have cash. He asked every single person in that shop to cashapp or Zell him a $46 and give him cash, but they refused. He went to a gas station. Thank God someone gave him $50. Guess what they said when he gave them $50?. Wait, we need to look for cents, my driver said, "Keep the change. I just wanna leave, please" they said no And kept him waiting for another hour. After they gave him the truck and after 100 miles driving the engine started making noise my driver stopped, and he found the oil is leaking.look at the picture what we got.
Absolutely amazing and nice people. We were on our way south in our rv and we needed our tires refilled with air and the pressure checked. They not only took us with no appointment. They were super helpful and really nice. Highly recommend them.
Owner JNK Transport LLC, First repair using Lebanon Freightliner. Issue on 2016 Cascadia DD15, 798,644 Miles. Codes 3364 FMI 2, 4364 FMI 18, 5246 FMI 15, def light blinking. This issue was on and off for over a year and a half. Repairs at multiple places and thousands of dollars spent with no remedy. Problem occurred on hot humid days and or pulling long grades with max weight. Discussed one night with Brian their Master technician as I was picking up parts. Decided to try them on repair and had a plan. Brought in On September 13 1500. Replaced DPF filters, 380k on them, installed an awning kit and they found outlet pressure sensor tube malfunctioning. Picked up truck September 14th at 1600. Problem solved. I have not experienced the issue since. The coordination between parts and service was incredible. I was kept in the loop on updates during the repair. I was able to continue service on the contract lane without missing a beat. Was there on a Saturday, clean, big office space, they had all I needed, Michael is exceptional, knowledgeable and will give you the right advice, if your a novice about truck parts , Michael’s Customer service wil definitely make me stop there again.
I am the owner of JNK Transport LLC based out of New York State. My Companies relationship started in June of this year with John, their night time parts manager. Acquiring the right parts in a timely matter is a must in this business. 43 years in the transportation business has taught me to know the difference between a back yard operation from a professional one. John goes above and beyond in acquiring many of the needed parts to keep my truck moving. At times, discussing with one of the on duty master tech Brian, to make sure the right part is ordered. If not in stock, the parts are ordered and arrive the following morning by 0800. Since June 2023, I have continued to use Transteck for all the parts needed to keep my truck moving. I thank you for your professionalism. I also thank you for recomending your service department. Since recommending your service department, I have now a working relationship with them as well and have done multiple, major and minor repairs. Those I will discuss on upcoming posts for I feel the need to discuss each one and give them credit, where credit is due. I highly recommend Freightliner of Lebanon for all your parts needs. I had good experience they fixed my truck in timely manner was suppose to be done in 4 days but they call me next day and new management really engaging with customers I will definitely go back here
I've been a loyal customer until yesterday. I went here for a simple motor for my windshield wipers and first of all, they didn't have the motor. Then they did a safety check, which I didn't ask for, and they gave me an estimate for $7500 dollars. When I first went there I had no leaks because I pre trip and post trip my truck every day. Now all of a sudden I have a coolant leak coming from my water pump and then I had an oil leak coming from my oil drain plug when I just had a PM done. I told them that I will have the work done elsewhere and was still charged over $400 for a diagnostic check when I never asked for that either. I went elsewhere to have the work done and was told that I should not ever go back there because they have a reputation of over charging people. Their labor rate is $207 per hour which is the most that I ever paid. Thank God that I work for a large company and they were able to find all of the parts and I didn't pay $7500. Please drivers stay away from this place. They need to be investigated. They WILL try to get you if you let them. I am going to let all of the drivers at my company know to stay away from FREIGHTLINER OF LEBANON. You guys will never get another dime from me and it's only a a matter of time before you get investigated. PLEASE!!!! DRIVERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND SPREAD THE WORD. Something has to be done about this because truck drivers get overcharged everywhere we go, truck stops and services are marked up for us every where that we go and it's not fair because if it weren't for trucks and truck drivers, these businesses would not be open. THIS HAS TO STOP !!!!!
They worked on my Motorhome. Nate and Sara in service were outstanding! They kept me updated on the work and with the warranty contract. Once the warranty contract was approved, they went to work. The mechanics explained everything that they were going to do. They replaced 6 injectors, exhaust manifold gasket, DPF filter, and cleaned the EGR valve. Highly recommended!
Got the parts I needed when I needed them. Very understanding and caring parts manager. My go to parts center in the Lancaster Area.
Had my radiator replaced. Next morning there was a puddle of coolant underneath the truck. Luckily I was across the street at the truck stop. Brought it back to them that morning. They pulled it into the shop and stated that the technician did not tighten the hose clamp enough. The technician also did not put back all the bolts on my coolant reservoir. The service manager had to install the bolts himself. I asked them to diagnose my check engine light. They charged me $1400 to replace the inlet Nox sensor. 250 miles later the light came back on. I had a load on my truck, so I decided, I am not going back, I will have another shop look at it. The only good thing was that they were able to replace my leaking radiator the same day.
$3,599.22 charged for replace and align the front bumper radar + $554.36 for replace one slack adjuster. The worst was that the tractor kept doing the same problem. Tried to contact them a few times and never got a call or email back. Apparently, they know that the best way to provide better service is by listening to the customers, but nobody does it!!! They will steal your money and time!!! Hate to leave a bad review, but it is what they deserve.
Paid for three axle alignment, 2 hours later said it was done. Take it on road test made the alignment worse, all they did was a steer alignment then said my truck was to low to fit on alignment machine. So how did they do the alignment in the first place? This place will scam you out of your money
Great location and space for our semi with trailer. Took our truck in for PM and was in and out in a few hours. Nice comfortable lounge with Netflix. Very clean bathrooms. Nate was very friendly and professional. My husband and I will definitely servicing our truck at this location from now on.
They had me there wasting the all day to change a injector, I left drive 200 miles the some problems come back up. now the telling me they have to check compression and head cylinder, so i pay for something that was not the problem
