Ashley & Pamela in the service were helpful in many ways. I stopped by for truck repairs and the mechanics on hand were also knowledgeable and helpful. Will be stopping back by here for future work.
I had my truck in for a check engine light Pamela kept me updated. Every time she came in the drivers room. She left every driver in that room to know what’s going on with their trucks night guy Scott he was really kind. and friendly nice guy same as the shop foreman They were nice they treat you like family. it’s nice to get up dates on the truck while you’re waiting to know what’s wrong with it Thanks Donald Hans
This was probably one if the best experiences at a dealer I have had over the years. Pamela is awesome!! She has fantastic communication and is so polite. When I left my truck ran like a top! Thanks again for great service!!
Worst customer service ever. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Got towed there on a Monday evening. Was told by service to drop my truck outside the gate and they would push it in the next morning. Next morning it's sprinkling and they say they can't push it in because it's raining, say I have to get another tow truck to tow me 100 yards. Ok. Finally get towed and checked in. I tell them got check engine light and transmission won't go in gear. I ask service to please call me when they check truck out. I call Wednesday morning, still haven't looked at truck. I call Wednesday afternoon, still haven't looked at truck. Thursday is Thanksgiving. Friday afternoon I call, they say my company is sending them a clutch. I call Mon, no part. Tuesday, no part. Weds, they have part but haven't started on it yet. Thursday, they've started but it's going to take atleast until Friday to road test. Service tells me Friday that they're pulling it back out to calibrate. Monday they tell me it won't be ready until Tuesday. Tuesday they tell me that it's road tested but they haven't addressed the check engine light. Then Service tells my company that I'm harassing them. Never raised my voice to anyone, never used foul language. Finally on the 15th day I get my truck back. Every mechanic, parts, sales person there were all friendly and polite. But those two women in service acted like they would rather do anything other than be bothered to give me any information about my truck. If in the future I broke down in their parking lot and they offered to fix my truck for free I'd call a tow truck to take me anywhere else.
Stay away from here. Truck in for 8 days left 8 VM they never called to say they were done left lights on turned off APU killed batteries. Never fixed ABS issue and when left ended up with a broken switch causing no windshield wipers or turn signals. Not only terrible service they are dangerous!!

These guys were amazing! I got a 3 hour to de-rate in Charlotte and made it down to Worldwide just before they closed. Ashley diagnosed the truck immediately to an after-treatment issue. Despite being backlogged, they were able to get me in the next morning. I owe these guys BIG time as I had a high value urgent delivery load. While waiting the next morning, Adam in Sales had shown me a truck that was on the lot. Very close to purchasing that truck for the fleet as well. Adam was incredibly informed, overly helpful and a pleasure to do business with. This Worldwide was incredible, and I will absolutely do business with them in the future. Thanks for everything you guys!
Terrible experiences, check over the work when picking up they'll lose caps to vital components. Customer service is terrible seems like they all have an attitude.
Find another place for service, I have a paccar engine and they put in my truck info Cummings..... cruise control was working when truck got there but didn't work afterwards.... not happy at all with service......
Going on over 7.5 hours I've been here for a PM. They've done two campaigns before asking me, tried to have me do an inspection, which I already had done two weeks ago, because they didn't see a sticker. Then came at me with a quote for $1000 to do other things I didn't ask for, DEF bracket I don't need. & Even now there is still someone hooked up to a laptop on it. Oil change is done, get me on the road! ?
Very rude and incompetent service team, plus they keep over-charging you for services without fixing any issues on the truck. Don't take your truck here. They only care about your money and keep asking for more and more without solving any issues on your equipment. Your truck would act exactly same way as you took it in and you would have spent thousands of dollars without any changes. Please by all means, stay far from these guys else you may be out of business soon
This service department is top notch. I wish I could carry these guys with me everywhere I go. They not only addressed my main problem, but also found an issue that was creating an ongoing problem that I didn't even know of. While some places will point out things that don't really need to be addressed just yet, the guys at Worldwide will only press you on problems that will put you out of service.
