Worst place ever I had. They can’t make oil change properly, if you don’t wanna waste your time and your money don’t come here. I spent $708.49 for the PM service and got this kind of nasty work. They fixed but it still leaking. Be careful…

Nice in the beginning. Rude at the end. They’re start charging you Hourly Labor since u cheked in.

I stayed there for five hours and they couldn't change the oil. If you value your time and money don't come here

Sales department is wonderful. Avoid the service department at all cost. They have a great advertising about they policies don’t follow them. Takes 5 days to figure out what the problem is. No sense of urgency in helping customers get back on road.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a derate problem. I came to dealership to fix it. took 2 days and finally they said done. I left the shop and in 2 hrs truck went to derate again. Now I had to call tow truck to get towed and still have same issue. I paid Volvo $4,000 for nothing. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE FRAUDULENT !!!!!

Lady by name Lina at service desk was very unprofessional and m8sleading employee which takes volvo customer service Down unfortunately. She say will except me to fix my truck asap by phone and once i arrived she sing different song now. Seems rude to me. Dont go to this place Oh only person was nice there is Baker

Went to general truck sales parts department about 23:25 on 7/10/2023 to be told that they were closed at 11 p.m. i been to this location plenty of time right before midnight to buy part. The worker was rude in my opinion.

It was pretty cool for me when I was working there for cleaning. Didn't experience no problems. Matter of fact, it was very laid back, I sure miss working there. The staff was awesome.!!!

This place rip off they don't even bother to go to this place . They will say they will have a part and then bring your truck in the shop do nothing and will chege you juts to bring in the truck. So my driver side window was broken they first said they have the window and made me wait 3 hours then come back to me saying we don't have the window and now you have to pay cleaning fees of 165 $ plus tax . For really this is a complete rip off stay away from this place

Had to buy parts, both gentlemen did the best, in a respectful southern way to accommodate their customers needs... Was in and out parts in hand...
