We had truck for sale and after we got all the paperwork, bill of sale, our account information and told us that they was coming to get it so we had cleaned it out we missed on another sale because we told them that we would wait the guy that came out was very nice the truck motor has been rebuilt and we even got the paperwork on that this company nothing but a SCAM don’t bother selling or buying anything from them

Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! Don't even waste your time with this truck lot, if you know what's good for you. I tried to buy a truck there and got approved on a loan through my lender and the idiot there by the name of Jeff basically told me off and said that he's not going to take time to help me out that he's busy! Yeah I tell him I'm willing to buy a truck right now and he doesn't give a care. Don't say I didn't warn you dot-dot-dot there are other issues with this place as wel- STAY AWAY!!!!

We wanted to buy a semi for $50,000 and asked could we take the semi to a freightliner dealer about 20 miles away to get everything checked out on it to make sure their was nothing wrong with it and they lied and told us that their insurance only covers a 5 mile radius (our insurance company told us that’s not true at all and they just don’t want us to get the truck checked out) so we couldn’t take the truck to get it checked out. Jeff told us no one ever gets a truck checked out before they purchase it Jeff til us people just buy semis without getting them serviced. THAT IS A LIE! I Wish people would just do good business tell the truth and allow customers to take the truck to get checked out before purchasing a 50,000 semi. Jeff your customer service could have been a lot better as well sir

I bought a 2011 Mack Rawhide a month ago .I had to replace tires after getting it home weather cracked and lugs coming off .We didn't notice the lack of power due to bobtailling home it been in the shop 3 weeks fixing air leaks and lack of power egr cooler was blocked off and derrated still can't find the reason boost won't build as far as I'm concerned it's junk just lucky I have a little money put back I may eventually get it running but for someone trying to get started they would already be broke and out of business but dealers like this couldn't care less as long as they get their money there be a law against dishonest dealers like this. Update 2 months later still can't get it to run right

The worst buying experience I've ever had. Huge waste of my time and my money. Will never recommend these guys to anybody looking to buy a truck. I'm going to choose to not be ugly about how I was treated by J & S because I believe in karma but I will never do business with them again in the future. I'm so glad that I didnt waste $60,000 on their junk that wouldn't pass a DOT inspection.

Not Happy at all. Finally found a decent truck, put a deposit on it at 5pm on a Friday, they sold it to someone else Monday by noon. Didn't even give a full business day before screwing me over. Did send my check back though. Businesses that can't be Honest aren't Trustworthy - which means their shady, and you don't want to do business with shady people. Be VERY cautious.

The only reason they even get 1 star is so I could leave my review. My fiancé just went down there with bank papers signed and purchase ready. He flew down to TN from IL to purchase a truck, not one person would even acknowledge his presence. Not only was he ignored, they failed to mention all the problems the truck had. Asking $69,900, our banker said she wouldn't give more than $30,000 for the truck with all the problems it had. Not even close to DOT ready. So, $1,000 travel expenses later, my fiancé came home empty handed. Shady business dealer.

Honestly, I ve never had a better experience buying anything. Malcolm, sales rep hospitality 2nd to none and professionalism is unquestionably secure. I agree that everyone's experience will be different but I am thoroughly impressed with the way these guys handle business.

Stopped here to look at some trucks J & S had online for sale. I pulled in and looked at all their trucks by myself without the salesman looking over my shoulder. Some people may want a salesman to run to them and be there while they’re looking, but I do not. After I looked the trucks over I went inside and the salesman answered all my questions. He answered every question I had. He gave my children candy. Then when I left, he gave me some freebies (ex. hats, koozies, calendars) I was 100% satisfied with my experience..

Even though we couldn't make a deal.They were nice to me, gave me a couple little notepads and a cool ball cap.I've probably spent over $300,000 at Peterbilt, and all they ever gave me was a calendar.

They always have a different selection of trucks,and great prices.

Very polite and honest, they are meticulous and go through their trucks with a fine toothed comb!

I was planning on purchasing a truck from these guys with my own financing called about the truck ask them to email me some info on truck guy says all the info is online they just lost a sale

These guys were helpful and honest about these trucks thats why we bought one.
