The history of Bruckner’s Truck & Equipment explains a lot about the company’s philosophy and commitment to customer service. In 1932, B.M. “Bennie” Bruckner, Sr. founded Bruckner’s Garage in Amarillo, Texas, and was awarded a Mack Trucks franchise in 1948. With a strong sense of determination, ingenuity, and commitment to serving customers at the highest level, Bennie established a business that has prospered. Even during the early years, Bennie believed in hiring good people who were equally committed to providing a high level of customer service. His philosophy provided inspiration to his son, Ben Jr., who passed in 2012, and now his grandsons, Brian and Chris.

Called on Friday evening. Got in Saturday morning. Mr. Colt had me fixed in less than an hour. And only for the price of parts! Thank you Colt. Thank you Bruckers. You only got 5 stars because there's not 10!!!
I can honestly say this was the first time my truck was treated as though it belonged to the shop as if it were theirs they took care of me went above and beyond true Texas hospitality I am forever grateful couldn't ask for a better service I promise you true meaning of making America great again

Called dealer because of a engine light, asked service how busy they were, was told not real busy. Arrived at the dealership parked trailer disconnected then went to service door. Got me right in and was done in less than 2 hours. The staff was awesome. The only complaint I have is I couldn't get a nap in. All I can say is if you got plans to go somewhere else CHANGE THEM. Thank you for the awesome service
I got electrical problems on my truck, those guys took just 15 minutes to diagnose and not to much to fix it.. The are also very nice people..

Dishonest. Unorganized. They have no idea what customer service even means. Took the truck in they told me they replaced the turbo and few other things under warranty. Two weeks later had problems with DEF system. Took it in again and they claimed they never replaced the turbo.. they sent several different estimates the second time truck was there and they had to resend the estimate four times because they did not know what is covered under warranty. The first time they took off my shifter cover and never put it back and they claimed it was inside the truck (which it was not) when the driver went back in they did not bother to replace it. The second time truck was there they took out my ELD device and once again claimed it was in the truck ( still missing) . THEY DON"T CARE. Only went in there the second time because our driver lives in Fort Worth and is convenient for him. Never again. Hopefully this review will have the customers consider before doing business with them. No one should pay money and have their stuff stolen/missing and also lied to.
4 people at services just sitting down on their computers, while I was waiting there for about 5 minutes. Had some employees even make eye contact but weren't willing to help. You get paid to do your job so it shouldn't be a burden to help customers. (Update) I tried to call the number 3 times that was provided, and the number is disconnected. With the amount of money Bruckner makes you would believe they would make sure everything is up to industry standards..

I been to this place a lot “and I buy a lot of parts here plus service my truck here often . I will say they get my truck right in to a service bay very fast and the folks working on my truck know what they’re doing . They tell me what’s wrong with it before they fix it’ unlike others in the past just do what they want to “Then clean out my pockets.
