Was straight up front with me about cost of truck and $500 application fee non refundable. After I paid down on my truck I didn't get it for a month, money stayed with dealer not financing yet, because it was in the electrical shop which they paid for the time in there-finally sent to freightliner because 2011 year model had a recall on electrical parts-free labor and parts. They also fix an shock in the cab at their expense. When I needed mechanic repair I brought the parts and they fix it, windshield wiper tank which had a leak notice after I brought the truck which they repaired free of charge, shocks which is in question because I requested aluminum rims instead of the white rims which had virgin tires-so when they pull the whole set of tires and rims off -they put a whole set on without changing the tires over and that set of tires was worn on the inside , so I brought new shocks not paying attention trusting since(I had sound system, C.B. and inverter put in on the lot before I drove off), well I had good shocks and great tires at first which would of been cheaper for me to change the tires over. When I got the truck the first thing I did was change the oil and filters , grease, and complete job. Its been a month and the truck runs great. I went to every truck dealership and was denied or needed more money. This is not purchase and never own. This is my truck- Bank finance with the help of Global Truck Sales.These guys are straight froward with the money you have to work with and will work with you! They have really good trucks! I will buy again from them! Since the last three months ago when I written my earlier review I needed a set of tires last week so I ask the salesman Rick about a set of tires he offer me a discount where they purchase tires. The place didn't accept my method of payment. I needed a sidewall put back in place and Marvin the owner did however set a time to allow the mechanic to fix on my truck on courtesy while there mechanic shop was back up and behind schedule. I still paid the mechanic for the job, great job! While I was waiting another man detail the inside of my truck and help me place seat covers I brought earlier to put on my seats. I paid him as well for his time. That's the place to go too, to get in a truck, for a dependable truck and whatever answers to the trucking business they don't have, they will lead you in the right direction. Just ask Rick?

I found global truck sales to be a great place to buy a semi truck. I got a great deal on my truck. The customer service was excellent. They worked with my lender on the price to make the down payment and monthly payments work. Buying a used work truck is risky, but you should know that before you do it. Just saying! I've know couple of drivers that bought used trucks from other dealers and had nothing but problems. I've known several that have bought trucks from dealers and never had a big issue, no matter what was the price. I would recommend this place to my family and friends without a second thought.

We purchased our Green 2015 Cascadia Freightliner in April, 2021 from Global Truck Sales. It was the best decision we made because Marvin really helped us in so many ways. We traveled to Texas from NJ to look at and purchase another truck from another place however, the truck wasn't up to par so we continued to look and happen to visit Global Truck Sales. We had questions about financing vs cash, insurance, ect..and many other questions. Marvin took the time out to answer our questions and he also went above and beyond and made phone calls so we can get the answers we needed to make an informed decision. We came back to NJ to continue to look around and realized Global Truck Sales had the best prices and the best Trucks for right price. Marvin made us feel so comfortable with his candor and honesty that we decided to go back to Texas to purchase the truck we wanted. Marvin never pressured us into doing business with him and he always said he wanted us to make an inform decision as to what we wanted, and for us to be sure and comfortable. So soon as we test drove the truck we knew it was our truck. Marvin made sure our truck was fully detailed, he also replaced a light that was out, he swap out our steel rims and replaced them with chrome rims and made sure we had a new bed. We visited a lot of truck dealers but Global Truck Sales was the most professional, informative and honest! I am happy to say our truck as been up in running since we got back to NJ without any issues and it has truly been a blessing. This truck has changed our lives for the better! We are definitely looking forward to doing more business with Global Truck Sales in the near future!!!

Rick was excellent with handling me needs form start to finish. Wasn’t a pushy salesman at all!!! He also went the extra mile for us. Sold us a great truck and also recommended us to other people that we needed to get other work done in order to start our trucking company. Will be buying again from Rick will soon!

Do not Buy here! I bought a tractor from them on January 21st, 2020. 24 days later. i have spent $23,000 in repairs for this truck after being told that the truck runs great blah blah blah. these guys will screw you just to make a buck.

Do not truck these people with your information. My husband was very disappointed with the owner " Malvin" worst cocky attitude very rude would never recommend and after purchasing our truck 2 days later our engine blew out and had to rebuilt the whole trans. Turned out that they put this additive in the oil so it won't leak. worst place!!!!

Don’t buy here I call a guy for truck he couldn’t answer if that truck was ready for work or not. I need a truck for California and hiding some many things spent your money in q decent dealer they delete def etc Not worth your money When I Star asking questions he got mad They want sell you trash
