I drove someone else here to pick up a truck. I'm not a truck expert, so I can't speak to that aspect, but the place was very clean and orderly. The staff was super nice and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. They seemed family friendly and professional.

Top notch place to purchase a truck great staff from the beginning to the end. Trucks are extremely clean. When I got there the original truck I picked I wanted to change without hesitation they had no problem helping out the process. They must of handed me over 8 sets of keys for me to compare different trucks. No pressure sales and had no problem changing all the paperwork to the truck I decided on. Very patient while I probably took over 4 hours to finally decide on one (I would of kicked myself out). They had no issues with a mechanic checking any truck out that you decide on. Being that I changed the truck and it was late in the day I had to stay overnight for new paperwork to go through (my fault). They accommodated me with a car for the night. All I can say is I won’t buy another truck anywhere else. Thank you Jordan truck sales. Also Thank you for all your help between the sales staff and finance department. If you want a great experience with a quality truck, this is the place to go. From the first call to ask questions about their trucks, to the delivery of our truck, it was excellent. Dustin, Lisa, and Pam could not have been any nicer, or accommodating. We had to stay overnight to complete the process and they gave us a car to drive so we could get around. Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly. All around a pleasant experience!

Just bought our first truck at JTS to go owner operator...( ill review again later about the truck itself, but we all know buying used is a bit of rolling the dice)...what a WONDERFUL group of people. Very homelike cozy feeling in the office...Just met Mr. Jordan, such a down to earth and friendly man. Jake and Pam have been absolutely wonderful from the beginning of the process to the end. I highly recommend checking this place out if you wanna do business with a truly down-home family type operation. They didnt treat us like we were just a customer...dealt with any issues quickly and kindly...wish more businesses were still like this.

Went there on 07/15/2022 looking to buy a rig. No one even came out to see if we needed help or to even acknowledge our presence. One guy came out as we were leaving, he didn’t speak, but walked past to go look at one of their trucks. I guess we didn’t look like we had enough money.

I've been working with Jordan Truck Sales for well over 3 years now as one of their Finance Lenders. It has been a pleasure working with a company in which there has been so much positive feedback from our mutual customers. I am almost ensured that the financing will go smoothly and the customers will be very satisfied with their purchase as well as the experience they have had working with Jordan Truck Sales. I personally work more closely with the Finance Department there and will say from my own experience that Kevin is always on the ball. He is always available or will get right back with me to go the extra mile to help his customers get the financing they need. Extremely Professional!

Ultimately, we were unable to go with Jordan’s Truck Sales for reasons not attributable to the business HOWEVER we worked with Judd and Kevin and they both were great during the entire process! We put a deposit down and when things fell through, Judd ensured that our deposit was fully refunded immediately and followed through with the receipt. We hope to do business with Jordan’s in the near future because they do have great customer service!

I bought a used 2000 international 9900i Eagle 10 years ago, and I stand here to say I paid $36,000 for a can of paint. The truck had a nice paint job with plenty of chrome and that was it. I put down $17,000 and I wished I would have kept some of the money because six months into working the truck I had to rebuild the motor. It was smoking when I drove it home. They told me the truck had been sitting up for a while and that was the reason for the smoke, but the truth was oil was moving pass the piston rings so the truck would smoke and burn oil in the process. The submission of this review is to little to late and my experience with Jordan Truck Sales was 10 years ago and I forgot about it, but I damn sure remember it. Maybe if someone reads this post it would give them some concern before they purchase a commercial vehicle from this company..

I can say without a doubt that Jordan Truck Sales is truly the best place to do business with from purchasing a truck or equipment or any business for that matter. If I could give 100 stars I would because they are super good people that are professional and know the business from start to finish.
