Came in to purchase a truck from the moment I walked Mathew was extremely helpful. I mentioned to him it is my first time purchasing a semi truck and he guided me through everything. Even helping out with stuff he didn’t have to. I mentioned some concerns to him as well and his General manager Rick was awesome. He took care of it right away with no hesitation. The best experience I have ever had when it came to purchasing anything. I truly recommend and long forward to working with them again in the future.

Really good service, buying a semi here the process is throughly explained. One of the good things is that the lender used was able to work with just about any credit score. When I got there I had to just sign papers and then was able to drive off the lot because all necessary documents were sent in ahead of time. Was able to do most of the process online. Would suggest, just make sure when your checking out the truck everything is up to DOT par. The inspection guy they used did not catch an obvious defect, but upon mentioning this to them they fixed it at no charge! When I got the truck there was no back curtains on the inside but there was front curtains which was good!

I see a lot of bad reviews and usually bad reviews are from people whom have had bad experiences (that sucks for anyone making such a big commitment). I have been in the trucking industry for 20 plus years and an owner operator for 90%of it. I have worked with several dealerships over the years and with individuals making personal sales. Some worked out for me and some did not. Mr Pete Valdez is my salesman and probably will continue to be, Mr Houston assisted with the financing and I had a great experience working with these people. I cannot blame them for any unexpected problems the truck I purchased may have in the future. My advice to anyone planning on purchasing a commercial truck. Make sure you have additional funds for any unforeseen problems you may run into, all trucks are a gamble regardless of make year and model. Great buying experience for first time buyer. I was pleased with the communication and the effort from OTC. I would recommend for first timers for sure. They are transparent with their equipment and pricing. Will be buying from them again soon!

100 miles down the Road warning light after warning light came on. The AC stopped blowing cold after 8 hrs. 1 month in shop and still fixing problems. They have a mechanic and shop on site. I suspect they are clearing codes and covering up problems to get it sold. I regret buying from them. Andrew my salesman informed me he is no longer a salesman and has moved to the shop since my bad experience. He want answer my calls so I'm on my on.
