STTS trailers sells lemon trailers. I failed inspection the day I bought it. I had to replace all 4 airbags and the airtank. Had trailer less than one year and the right side tool box brackets are cracked. Was contacted by Vincent (owner), and was asked to leave a review, so I wrote a negative review at first (profile name off code on code) but was contacted by Vincent (owner) and was told to leave good review, and he will send me $1200 check to compensate. I provided him with all paperwork and left a good review. I never got the check or heard back from Vincent and he doesn't returns my calls. So this is the second review. P.S. tool box brackets finally broke on me in Florida, I live in Houston, I wanted to post the pictures.

Highly recommend working with Mr. Rob ! He takes customer service to another level. He has spent hours helping me navigate purchasing the right trailer. I can't recommend STTS enough ! Best customer service, very honest and trustworthy. They will go out of their way to help you and make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Good fast service equipment so far so good. They have just about everything you need to haul any flatbed/stepdeck/RGN load.

If I could leave zero I would. Never received any trailers we purchased and will not return the money. Big run around. Shop elsewhere as this Vincent guy is absolutely a scam artist.

Awesome place to purchase trailers. All of their equipment looks great and you can also add packages of your choice to have your trailer road ready with toolboxes, winches, straps, etc… From start to finish the financing is simple and “J” will help you with any questions you may have. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Unfortunately I was unable to purchase a stepdeck from STTS because my needs changed but based on my experience with Vincent they would be my first call if my situationwere to change. He was able to provide me with several very good choices to choose from and stayed in touch with me to let me know as inventory changed. I called about 2 trailers, and put a deposit on both of them. I came from Ohio. When I got there, they SOLD the 2010 spread axle that I put a deposit on. They tried to sell me a 2006 spread axle for the same price. They wouldn't put the annual inspection in our name either. When I got the other trailer home, and had the annual inspection done in our name. The shop that does all of our work, said the ABS wires for the back axle was cut and tucked away. The ABS module was new but for a 2 sensor only . I called Vincent and told him and he said to get a quote and send it to him. Which I did. They have been snow balling me and he hasn't been calling me back. To fix the ABS cost me 2 grand to put new sensor and new 4 sensor module. I would NOT recommended buying a anything from this place. Your better off to buy from a scrap yard.

STTS has a great staff. Very knowledgeable and Professional. Good equipment to select from at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend STTS if you’re in the market for good quality trucks and trailers that are in perfect condition.

LIPSTICK ON A PIG......This place sells trailers that has majors problems, airbags, airtanks, don't get anything added on, and plus it's wayy over priced. He puts brand new tires on, but they are the cheapest China made tires and brand new straps. Vincent is a liar and a thief so he not to be trusted as you can read the comments. Plus the dude thay works there with the ponytail is a a liar too.

The staff at STTS were awesome. They were extremely patient with us while we were going through the process of purchasing our first Semi. After we purchased our truck, Vincent and Rob helped make the process even faster by staying in contact with the bank and us to make sure we all were on the same page. I would highly recommend this place for all your trailer needs. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the question that you may have in reference to there business. I stoped by on a Saturday not knowing the the place was closed I walked around and found Mr Vincent who stopped what he was doing and walked me around the lot to look at the trailers. That in it self say what type of people run this place. I would definitely go back and buy from them again. So if your in the market for a great trailer and a wonderful price then this is your place.

Great group of professionals. Process of purchasing equipment was easy going. No pushy sales tactics. Was educated on the expectation moving forward in regard to title transfer, registration, tags etc. Great office atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are in need of equipment without all the bull.
