Amazing experience here! I’d give a 10 star rating if I could. Not only did they find and have just the right truck for me, but their expertise with financing helped make it happen for me. Their pricing wasn’t outrageous like some other truck dealerships either. In addition to that, they don’t just forget you once a deal is done. They recommended an amazing shop that got the work done right and me back on the road very quickly when it was time for service- saving me a lot of money and valuable time. The entire team, there, is phenomenal. Mr Saba stands out to me the most, as that is who I interacted with the most. He’s incredibly polite and professional, and very very knowledgeable. From the very beginning when I first walked in, he listened to what I was looking for and what purposes I had for it and said: “just based off what you’ve told me, I have three trucks I want to show you…” and not only was he absolutely right with what I was looking for, but the truck I got- which was his first recommendation- has been an amazing truck and I look forward to many more years of rolling with it and making money. I’ve reached out to several of my army buddies who are also CDLA drivers looking to go from being a company driver to an owner/operator and have recommended Texas Trucks and Mr Saba to them. Having my own truck has definitely made my income grow exponentially and frees me from the restrictions a company truck comes with. Texas Trucks and Mr Saba made it possible. When it comes time to expand my business and get more trucks, I will be going right back there & asking for Mr Saba again.

I bought a truck from this place a little over a year ago, and the son of the owner sold me a 2012 toyota tundra. He said it has a clean car fax and I explained to him that I have been burned before and lied to about a clean vehicle. I asked for the car fax 5 times and was never given one. He showed me something online and said it was clean and that he will get it sent to my email.. All a lie again, the father called me and said Carfax is not good and they don’t use Carfax, but instead Auto check is more reliable. The truck was wrecked and had a very good amount of damage on it. the owner/father would not give me my money back and said I could let him sell it and give me what’s left of the 10k. Do not buy from these people they get wrecked trucks and or damaged from auctions and sell them to you as if there are in great condition and never been in an accident. Buy from a big reputable named dealership and not a mom and pop place, they will burn you badly

This is the first semi-truck, I buy from a dealership and so far; it has been a amazing experience. Not only, this truck has performed to its 100% efficiency, but also, the sales personnel with Mr Misael Heredia has proven to be very professional and fair at the time of the acquisition of this truck as well as the times when some following up has been necessary. My sales person was Hernan and he was Outstanding from start to finish. If you have concerns about buying a used Semi truck please rest your nerve. I am an owner operator lease on with a company, and they inspected the truck and gave it an A-1 score for the health of the truck. Texas truck sales is a one stop shop, they will get you financing and insurance, so you can get out there and earn a living. I will buy all of my trucks from here going forward. PLEASE STOP!!!!!!!!! IT IS SAD TO SEE PEOPLR BLAME DEALERSHIPS FOR THEIR INEXPERIENCE AND LACK OF BUSINESS MENTALITY. I bought a truck 7 months ago from this dealership and it has been working team drivers non stop. A couple minor repairs have been needed but nothing unexpected for a used truck. They pointed out the units that would be a good fit to the loads we carry and gave me the opportunity to choose the one I wanted and test drive it before any deal was done. They matched me with a finance company and provided me with the contracts to read before signing! The whole process was transparent!!! Please understand that this vehicles are commercial equipment and an asset for your business it is NOT a regular car!!!! If you are not able to understand that difference the the trucking business is not for you!

I'm sharing this info in hopes that anyone who is planning on purchasing from Texas Truck Sales is a little more prepared. My husband purchased our truck on 11/21/20. I had to go sign final paper work on 11/23. Eduardo told me that day that the title paper work should only take a few days and it would most likely be back by Friday the latest Monday. I finish signing everything and he says they will get the title paperwork to the courthouse that day. There was a small lists of things that were discussed that needed to be addressed before we could take it home. In Texas Truck Sales own advertisement they boast of the trucks they sell being expertly detailed. My husband goes to pick up the truck on 11/25 The truck is still dirty, the interior is still super sticky and there was a birds nest that hadn't been removed. I understand that these are working trucks but when a dealership boasts of expertly detailed being one of their selling points it became irritating. Not to mention make you question if any of the issues they claimed to address have actually been done. Eduardo tells my husband he can get it in line to be cleaned. My husband leaves for over 2 hours and comes back to see the truck still waiting in line. He let's Eduardo know that he will just come back the next day because he doesn't want it to be rushed and knows it takes time. I drive my husband up there the next day to pick it up. We turn on the truck with the fuel light on E (pictured), the truck is still sticky on the inside and the birds nest is still there. Now I'm upset because when someone says they are going to do something, you would expect them to keep their word. I talk to Eduardo and he says well the sign we have says we sell these trucks as is, and I put $30 of fuel in it, and that he personally cleaned the interior of the truck himself & that we can go right down the road and go purchase our own fuel. My husband was there the day they put $30 in, that was the first day he test drove it over a week prior. My 6 year old son can wipe his butt better than the way that truck was cleaned. I leave his office because at this point it feels like what I have to say is falling on deaf ears. Friday and Monday (the time frame we were given by Eduardo) and no title paperwork. We stay in contact with Eduardo about the title paper work, he never is the one to reach out to us about it. I have email proof of the conversations. Until he just doesn't respond to our emails anymore. So I call the dealership and speak with Maria. She informs me that she usually tells customers that it could take up to 2 weeks to get title paper work back and that the courthouse is backed up because of Thanksgiving. I ask her if I could speak with the manager over the sales department because of the lack of communication and wanting to make someone aware of the customer service we have received. She transfers me to Hernon's voice-mail, i leave a message on Thursday at 950 am. Never got a return call from him. So I call back on Friday at 12:45 and ask to speak to Maria, I am put on hold then told she is not available that I could leave a message for her to call us back. We never receive a phone call. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating, it is making me feel like the only way to get them to communicate with me again is to drive back up there. So another week ended and there was no communication from any of them. We went by the time line that Eduardo gave us on the title paper work. My husband has completed new hire paper work for a job and our hands are tied because he needs the hard plates in order to start with this company. Paying cash you would think that your purchase would be competed in reasonable time. I have worked in customer service for many years and the way this dealership handles customer concerns is unsatisfactory. So my tips to you. Document everything, preferably through email-What they are willing to fix before you pick it up, time frame of any paper work. Ask for documentation on any repairs they say they are honoring (we didn't get any when we asked for it).

I bought my first Truck from here in 2014, and my experience I've had there was nothing less than OUTSTANDING. They are Awesome people who really know their stuff when it comes to trucks. The mechanics and sales teams are hands down the BEST. I highly Recommend buying your First or Next Truck from these guys. The Owner is a Really Honest and Cool guy. Highly recommend for everyone who loves Trucks .

Please Don't buy nothing from them, i bought last year, just i am spending my time at michanic, changed turbo,3 injector, def system, fan clutch,ac,air dryer, right now truck at shop because transmission needs repiar,they aren't honest,they sold me warranty too but when truck broken warranty doesn't care...if you wanna throw your money away go buy truck for them

To my fellow truck owners, if you decide to purchase a truck from. Texas Truck Sales, please make sure you have the truck fully inspected. I purchase a 2016 Peterbilt and within 4 days, without putting the truck to work, the clutch went out, I almost had an accident. Mr, Luis in the finance department said, "so what, that was your problem. You bought the truck". They did not fully inspect the truck and it cost me $1,600 for repairs and another $2,600 for a coolant sensors, diagnostic and labor. I went back to them and they wasn't going to reimburse anything. Mr. Hernan (the manager) lied about receiving the receipts. Then they had to overhaul the motor, cause they sold me a truck with a bad motor. I never in my 23 years of buying trucks, have I experienced anything like this. Please make sure you are careful with them, cause I'm not the 1st and sure will not be the last, for this to ever happen to any other owner operator. I wanted to talked to someone over the dealership, to explain whats going on. However, Mr Hernan keeps giving me the runaround. I wish I was giving the professionalism that is required. Karma will bite this dealership in the butt. Please owner operators, watch yourself with Mr Hernan and Mr Luis.

Do not buy from these thieves, liars, and scammers. The trucks are already broken. They will sale you a salvage truck. They sold me a truck that needed an overhaul and even though they knew they didn’t tell me. I asked for the maintenance on the truck a few times and never received it. They didn’t let me swap the truck and wouldn’t buy it back either. Luis and hernan is definitely the worst do not trust anything he says. Worst experience ever
