This place deserves more than 5 stars. Best sales/finance team I've ever dealt with. Just got my first truck from them, and James Garza (sales) along with Alicia Warren (finance) made it look easy. I've never encountered a more focussed team like them, they went above and beyond to get me a good truck and better financing with a low down payment. James will not release a truck to a customer untill he is made sure everything on it works, being a former driver himself he knows what it takes to have a safe reliable truck on the road and thats what he delivers. Alicia is so fast at getting financing lined up that she leaves you playing catch up with paperwork. Overall great service, hopefully will come back again. A++++++

James was great at the Irving location. He brought in a truck for me from an out of state sister store, the truck needed work that wasn't done by the first location and James took care of everything that was needed so I can hit the road and make some money. I will say it took some time, but I didn't have to raise hell or curse anyone's name. James made what could of been a terrible experience an easy, worry free process and I will definitely be using them in the future.

This is the best dealership in Texas hands down! Maybe even the whole country! Their sales rep James Garza went more than above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience imaginable as well as possible! He not only had patience enough to go over all the trucks they had from number to bumper to include test driving them and making a list of every single thing down to the minor details that he could and did improve as he will never sell a truck that he wouldn't personally purchase so you can be well assured that you will get the best truck for your money guaranteed hands down no exceptions about it!! My only regret is not visiting their lot first as I suffered through weeks of crumby dealerships and shady salesmen before finally being delivered to the promise land that is Turkney Truck sales. He doubled down on the assurance by allowing me to have the engine oil, trans fluid and differential fluids drawn and sent to a lab for testing so that there wasn't a doubt that could even possibly remain with the sale. Most dealerships don't even want to give the purchaser a rig dig(carfax for semi trucks) or service history log when trying to sell someone a truck that cost 10s of thousands of dollars let alone stand behind their warranty and even discount the warranty they offer because they know something will definitely go wrong with the lemons they try to push off on unsuspecting purchasers but NOT AT TURKNEY!! I'm telling you right now that you owe it to yourself to check them out as I am certain that you will not be disappointed or even worried in the slightest after dealing with them! I seriously haven't experienced integrity of this high of a caliber since I served in the Marine Corps!
