My customer service person was Lance. He was very patient with me and very informative. Because I was running back and forth to my truck to get part numbers and bring items in for him to identify and match up the numbers with the parts.

They took us in right away and spent days working my issue to ensure the tough to diagnose problem did not return. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Thankfully we arrived home safe and sound.

Melissa is always there to serve us trucker needs, she self-motivated and always doing her best to help, and goes the extra mile to ensure that we get the right parts the 1st time which is very important. Her knowledge of the system and the way she navigates has always been a great help to me, all I can speak for. She always greets me with a serious look, but I know she focused and ready to roll. Thanks for all your help in keeping us rolling.

John was a very helpful parts guy. He took every effort to help me ensure I was getting the correct parts. He called me the following day to give me a quick update and a choice of pick up or delivery. Was very patient when in person at counter, and I had to conduct research for parts identification and VIN #. Real solid group for getting it right. Thanks guys!

Sean is hands down the best parts specialist. I started a parts job in November and he has been so helpful and very patient with me. He is always on top on my requests, orders everything on time and the ETA’s are accurate. I recommend excel for efficiency and speed. Last but not least, Sean really knows what he’s doing. He gets the correct parts all the time which saves us time and money. Thank you, Sean!

The service department was outstanding, Ricki, Rick, Jerry, Shawn and Tiphanie were a pleasure to work with. My only concern was with the parts department, slow to order parts and sometimes no communication. Overall good experience and will be back.

Lance is amazing!!!! Found multiple engine parts on 3 different engine in less than hour. Even found the replacement parts for the discontinued pieces. This Excel always has the best prices. First place i go to everytime.

Hello I want to give melissa a great BIG thank you for helping me get a AC compressor. She was just coming back from lunch and I was walking out(we spoke in passing) because I was told the part had to be order. Something told me to go back and check again on part. I was looking for a obsolete wiring harness for my 2001 classic xl and i thought i would never find the information i needed to search for one out there SOMEWHERE! Low and behold, Melissa in the parts department was diligent in finding info on the harness, and she did!!! As i thought, OBSOLETE. She is a true professional by all standards. Ms/Mrs. Rose was amazing. it was very close for her to get off work but she stayed 20 minutes after her shift to make sure my partner and i were taken care of. very nice and sweet lady .

Beware of these vans!! I had truck number 19 pull out right in front of me without a care in the world.. I had to slam on brakes to avoid hitting her and she thought that was hilarious.. She was looking in her mirror with a proud look on her face and laughing, obviously she was well aware what she did and did it intentionally.. I'm sure this is a representation of the poor customer service at this location and possibly the company.. I would definitely not recommend using this service.. Beware of these vans as their drivers definitely do not care about other people they are sharing the roadway with.. Rout 10

The duo of Rik Vincent and Rikki French were very helpful towards making a driver’s experience with them as comfortable as possible considering the need it now society although I’m one of those drivers they were able to put my mind at ease very clear on what had to take place. These people are real professional, and they help as much as they possibly can also very honest about what Hass to take place with your truck and the parts and the work? I am very grateful to Excel truck group for the professionalism and the dedication towards getting my truck back on the road. I can’t think them enough.

I have been using this branch for more than a year! James, Tom, Lance, both John's on the truck side, and Brian, Russ and Jody on trailer side, plus all the parts staff on the phones. Most always, I have received excellent customer service and accuracy. They are knowledgeable and helpful and even when a mistake has been made, they are quick too remedy it. I have developed a trusting relationship with most all of the staff that have ever helped us. Good job, now they all deserve a raise.

couldn't ask for better service from Sean Thompson, he always handles everything quickly when i need parts and i hate using anyone other then him hes the best
