Big shout out to Destiny, Kristen, AJ, and Teon. My trucks transmission had to be replaced, and should have been covered by TruNorth warranty, but they denied it, (as they deny 95% of their claims), but Destiny went above and beyond by sending TruNorth a one full page email explaining how the transmission had almost one million miles on it, and that it was just worn out, and couldn't understand how in good faith they could deny the claim, that it wasn't lack of maintenance, or driver error. They kept us updated throughout the repair, sometimes more then once a day. Knowing that we were on the hook for the entire bill, Destiny worked some magic to help us out with the cost. AJ and Teon were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions about the repair, advised us that our rear main seal was leaking, that it wouldn't cost too much extra to replace it while the transmission was already out, and kept my truck power plugged in for the duration of the repair to keep my refrigerator going. Kristen was helpful in pointing out places to ride our motorcycle for the week we were there, and boy we did do a lot of riding. This is definitely a Volvo service center that we'd use again.?

Excellent service and communication, in timely manner. We had broken window on our truck and people in service put an extra time and effort to find part that wasnt in stock ship it quickly and repleace it while we were under hot load. 10/10

We bought a brand new truck from a Volvo dealer, however we learned that the truck had issues upon driving it. That's when we went to your dealership to have the problem fixed. The dealership did the inspection for the truck and told us that the steering box and accelerator needed to be replaced. They said they will let us know when the part will arrive They asked us to be present on Sep 14, 2022 at 7:30 a.m., and we drove our truck 700 miles to that location. The technician started to work on the truck. When he finished, we noticed the new steering wheel box had been replaced with that of an old truck and was rusted. As soon as my driver left the facility, he realized that the steering wheel was behaving even worse and now was not even turning completely. The accelerator brakes were still making the same sound which means no work was done there. It is incredibly dangerous for a truck with a steering box issue to be on the roads. You will be held responsible if any issues arise. I am so disappointed with the service. This brand new Volvo cost me around $200,000, and yet I am receiving several odd issues. I am sending my truck back to your facility. Please ensure that this is taken care of.

Spent thousands of dollars on my Volvo truck and was still having issues for 4 months but they was able to fix the issue within one day . I wish I could have went to them in Texas for all my repairs. They’re friendly, compassionate and helpful. Also call them for good tow service too . They took good care of me !

Bought 2022 Volvo and 3 days after I got it my check engine light came on. I was close to Volvo in Roanoke and I went there. From get go checking in diagnostic and repair was awesome experience. My warranty covered everything but AJ and Teon were so professional and efficient. I wish that we have more Volvo services like this. I would recommend this particular service to everyone.

On 3-3-23 I broke down in Wytheville Va. I called several shops in the surrounding area and no one would be able to look at my truck until the following Wednesday which would be 3-8-23. I called Nacarato Truck Center and spoke with Destiny and she told me to bring it on in and they could look at it today. I was towed there but due to the horrible traffic didn't make it there before they closed. Upon arrival I was met by Chris who informed me they would look at it on Monday morning and he let me stay with my truck secured on their property. Monday morning 3-6-23 my truck was diagnosed and estimates given to fix. Tuesday 3-7-23 parts were ordered and the work began. I would like to thank the mechanics who diagnosed the problems and worked on my truck especially Teon for a job well done. I love the fact that I was kept informed on everything that was happening with my truck and I would like to give special kudos to Chris, Destiny, Shannon, the lady who sits behind the cashier's desk and Denny(he gave me cokes while I was there) for going above and beyond to make me feel special and not worry so much about my truck. I highly recommend this shop to all my friends and any fellow truckers that may be having issues with their Volvo to stop by this shop and let these guys fix your issues cuz they will have you back on the road in no time.

I just wanted to say that Todd at this location went over and above for me. It is so unusual, especially these days, to get someone in the service industry to care even a little bit. But Todd had patience and was more helpful than I could expect… and he didn’t even have the satisfaction of having me as a costumer! He helped me find the right places when I didn’t know what road to go down, and that is scary when you’re a truck driver stranded! He even offered more help if needed to work with another(closer) shop. Really guys, if there are more people like him at this shop it is amazing. Thank you soo much again!

Great service, super professional staff they were able to fix my truck in almost no time eventhough it was a big issue. A blue-eyed lady welcomed us. I was traveling with my wife and daughter and they let us enjoy their drivers lounge which was awesome since my kid could watch her favorite TV shows on their smart TV and I was able to take a quick nap in the fancy couches while the mechanics fixed my truck. I recommend Angelle's diner for lunch a few blocks away and Quality Inn across the street to spend the night.

This is the place to go to get your truck fixed. They are professional and highly knowledgeable. Furthermore, they will work with you on getting your truck up and running again at its peak performance. The people are really easy to work with and Todd the service manager was awesome and helped us out quite a bit.

The fellows here were great if I could give them 10 starts I would. Mr Nathan was exceptional really humble and great guy, also Mathew. Is like they knew what it was like to be down and they were doing the best they could to get me going on the road. Also this others guy a (don’t remember his name) a master mechanic really knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone any day.
