My employers truck stayed there a few days , they will scan it to get a idea then trouble shoot figure which part it is order it if it's not available local , they have a idea of how much time it will take .
This company did a diagnostics on my semi truck International 2019 told me that I needed a clutch I went to buy the part which caused me 2300 bucks took it to my mechanic international dealer to complete the labor which was a another 2500 bucks and they told me that I had a brand new clutch in my truck already I did not need a new clutch after they replaced it and said who ever told me that I needed a clutch told me wrong and should me that my clutch was new and said my issue is that I needed a auto shifter I spent over 5 grand for nothing all because they diagnose my truck wrong and told me it wss going to be 3 to 4 weeks before they was able to touch my truck bad service
Had to take my Volvo HDT RV Hauler to them due to my compressor getting worn out, Great Job by Chris the Service Mgr and Josh who did the fantastic job on the complete work of diagnosing the AC problem and having my system cooling like a food freezer. Great personality of all staff personnel. I will return to have any additional work done for my RV Hauler.
Had my Freightliner Cascadia automatic transmission brought in with air issues. They were able to get it right in it's a shame that they didn't diagnose it properly the first time cuz I would have really liked to got it done there the service manager is awesome thank you mr. Nash
Service manager is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. My truck is always ready when he tells me it will be ready. Parts department is great also.
They could not get my brake situation right to save there life...they fix one thing and something else not working
