I don’t known how they running this business I have request for repair appraisal since October 23 and went back ask them again talked to toby about the appraisal he said they were too busy they gonna send the next before 6 pm now it is November 8 almost 15 days by now still haven’t received the appraisal from them I don’t know how they can run the business like this I was fun of volvo but now I don’t think that I can get Volvo truck because I don’t think they value the costumer time I think volvo have more costumer now they don’t need them anymore.
I took my truck to this dealership to fix engine light as you see apiculture and they told me it was two sensor needs to replace they asked me $2092 and I agreed signed a paperwork after 7 days the told me truck is fixed and I picked my truck now after 5 days light come on again as you see apiculture.
I called to sign up for the service. Problem with the temperature sensor in the DEF tank. They told me to bring the truck in 11 days. On Friday evening, March 11, i dropped the truck. I was assured that the repairs will begin on Monday. They called Tuesday before lunch and said that the truck was ready. I arrived on Wednesday morning and picked up the truck. I put one signature. Everything was done under warranty. They worked perfectly and quickly. Very friendly and responsive staff. I was very surprised. GREAT JOB!!!

Finally went back to (Potomac Truck Center) and explained everything to MR JOE my man is out of this world he helped me with everything did his best to get my truck back on the road I just don’t have words to describe Joe he is just the best. I’m saying all this because if I didn’t get the chance to talk to joe about my truck issues, I’m sure I would have been out of business or probably go bankrupt. So thank you very much buddy. I hope you continue to help people the way you helped me ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Worst service worst shop over pricing take long time for doing nothing. I will never comeback again.
They hire people that are not qualified to work with customers they are rude and not willing to look up parts, is it so hard to type on a computer and look up a simple part ? they just want to sit there and do nothing , it’s simple fire them! We as customers who spend a lot of money on parts don’t want to deal with attitude. Mack should really look up in to this .
These people are good ppl . They get you in and get the diagnostic done & helped with motel info & we just over all NICE. The only reason they didn't get 5 starts is a simple complaint I have is they have NO Trailer parking so I'd you come in here with one go Drop it somewhere else it's bobtail only . It was a weekend but Memorial Day is a long weekend anyway.
After dealing with a few other repair shops and things not going well with them, my husband and I needed to find a place to service our truck where we could trust that it would get fixed properly as well as for a fair price. Potomac truck has been terrific to work with, trustworthy, honest and very accommodating.
Part's and Service always go above and beyond to take care of everyone. Hold times are not as long as people write in their reviews as that's never happened in the thousand plus time's I've called the parts department and they always call back when you leave a message promptly. Customer service/part's availability/delivery are without a doubt the best in the area.
Based on reviews, this place was good but not anymore. I am 2 miles away from this dealer and anytime try to fix my truck with them, they are weeks behind and that is something hurt the truckers. A broken volvo need to get fixed with volvo dealer. I was told they are not fixing my truck because I replace my transmission somewhere else. The corporate need to talk to thier service manager that for any reason, u can not kick a running Volvo truck from dealer because they look into the history and did not find me as regular customer. First these guys need to provide better service for customers in order to customer do business with them. I am from manassas and I was not able to fix my truck in this dealer. It is clearly thier behavior with customers. They make me hate Volvo truck and sell all my fleet and get FL. Parts are nice and in Service, Tobe is the best. I hope corporate give a customer service training for service manager how to handle situations like this.
Parts department needs major overhaul. Absolutely slowest parts supplier I deal with. Extremely long "on hold" times, usually have to hang up and call back. Leaving messages gets no return calls. They usually have parts in stock, and are usually correct the first time, and are competitively priced. But trying to get through, makes them a last resort call.

Good atmosphere I mean the certifications and certificates in the wars that they have shown that they have great a technicians is very Encourage encouraging to let someone like myself a first time truck owner know that is truck is going it be taken care of in an instant a right location because I had other incidents with truck shops that were just incompetent appreciate the manager because at 1 time was and allowing 3rd party warranties he took a chance saying that my warranty I'm covered their portion of the bills within 30 to 45 minutes at the truck was fix I paid my part and I was out an error in 5 to 6 hours I had a few things done on my truck that day I'm up and running now making money and that's will that really make me happy of for the manager the guy who helped me out Mr. Toby excellent guy I mean axling God someone that I felt like h*** I can't go fishing with Matt on the other hand need a little bit more social skills but I'm all in all
Parts department is great but service mechanics don’t have common sense, waste time and overcharge you without doing nothing to the truck. No communication whatsoever, had to pay $900 for them to give me a half fast quote..
Not helpful at all! I asked if they had any of the shorter seats that were on display in cloth and the answer I got was ‘I don’t guess so’ and they didn’t say anything else after that..?
I Called in for a part number and received a price and was told they would call the vendor to confirm the pricing. After waiting 3 hours a called back and the same young lady asked me if I called the ford dealer yet for the part because they make the truck SMH!!! I told her I did not becuase she told me they could get it and she just paused and said nothing I HATE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT SUCKED TO BE NICE ABOUT WHAT I FEEL!!!
Representative was very helpful, even without having the part I needed they gave me a solution to my problem, very happy customer
