I've been in Trucking for more than 48 years and owned a variety of trucks and had a variety of of dealers and with that you hear the good and the ugly. I recommend you try Dobbs Peterbilt and form your own opinion as I did. Dobbs is "MY DEALERSHIP". From management, sales, parts and service this dealership understands 2 very important things (1) The Trucking industry will always be essential. (2) If you got it a truck brought it, but most importantly the reason we want the truck repaired in a timely manner and repaired properly is it takes a person to operate it and they have a family depending on them. I depend on Dobbs Peterbilt Liberty Lake to fix my equipment and prove to my drivers they care about their wellbeing because without DRIVERS and trucks we literally will have nothing. My heat went out on my way back home to Tennessee and these folks got me right in! Excellent staff and very accommodating. Love the drivers lounge! They even have free showers and laundry!
These guys took care of me! Finally a shop that knows how to troubleshoot! Took my truck in due to a dpf output pressure sensor fault code. These guys didn't just pull codes, throw some parts at it and then send me on my way. They went beyond the diagnostics. They wanted to know what had caused the sensor to fail in the first place so they tested and inspected the entire dpf system. They found the real issue which turned out to be a failing dpf filter. They took the time to explain the dpf system to me so that I understood what was happening and why. They made certain my truck was ready to drive and wasn't going to leave me sitting on the side of the road before it left the shop. I didn't have money for a hotel while my truck was being serviced so every day they made certain my truck's engine could run well enough for me to sleep in it and stay warm. They didn't treat me like a stranger or like a truck driver for that matter. In fact I actually felt "at home" during the three days it took to get my truck fixed. Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about the people I encountered who work there. Exceptional service and exceptional staff. A special shout out to Nathan, Seth and the shop foreman (I think Mike is his name) and a huge thank you to everyone involved.
Tammy, Jeremy, and the entire Liberty Lake team are professional and work well together to find the origin of the problem. They have an extraordinary amount of talent under one roof! they communicate well, they really made us feel they care even with a backlog they were able to diagnose and repair emissions concern that 3 previous dealers could not correctly diagnose. not only did they take care of the concern they pointed out two other conditions that needed addressed that were not even the complaint. There is no question this team cares about all customers locally or from afar. I recommend you stop and make your own assessment. I assure you that you will not find disappointment from this group! Now to figure out how to clone this group and spread them around the country! Fair, fast, accurate and efficient! They make the experience feel like we are home when we are 1800 miles away. I always hear nothing but compliments from our drivers that visit this location.
This place has great reviews because it will give you a free hat if you leave a good one and show it to them. Fact. Also fact, they will charge you almost $1000 to hook up your new 2024 truck to tell you codes they know nothing about. Then, they ask you to come back and do it again the next day. Truck runs, I need to make money, and this is where I live. If you can't fix it and dont know how, how can you expect me to wait around until you figure it out? Literally about 1/2 hour of effort and almost a $1000 charge? Keep you hat. Here is your honest review.
Blew a Brake chamber entering the i90... these guys had me up and running in no time. Makes me want to buy a Pete. Wish all places were this awesome. Hands down.... the best and fastest service I've had, to date.

This shop is my go-to shop for all things mechanical or electrical on my 2011 386. Their service record is impeccable. Most notably is a Cummins in-frame performed by Nick. A quality of workmanship that required no followup work to be performed. Of course, all of any work done could not be completed without the very competent support staff behind the counter and direct answers to questions whenever I call with an issue. Kudos! ???
Service reps were extremely helpful. It’s never easy when you have an odd problem, but these folks took care of me. Night technician answered every question. Very helpful
Had a power steering reservoir problem stopped had no appt. Scheduled they got me right in and had my problem fixed and had fixed a light issue got me rolling in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this dealership. Desk and office personnel very helpful. Facility is one of the best I've been to. Five stars
A bunch of incompetent buffoons. Poor sales department and even worse parts and mechanical service, plus they overcharge for everything. Taking my Pete somewhere else.
They really close at 5, but if you call and ask, they say they close at the regular time, which was 1130pm. There is a lot of miscommunication.
These guys were super busy I could tell, but treated me like a long time million dollar customer. They sold me a part and parts man Shane even walked to my truck to walk me through installing it. He noticed I was having more problems than I realized, and got the shop foreman who came out and did a chemical test on my coolant. They are two weeks out in service, so they did all they could to get me on the road to finish my load and back home to Arkansas. All they charged me for was the part. It’s not the “free” time they gave me so much as the going out of there way and genuine concern to keep me rolling. Great people. I appreciated the help! Thanks Shane!
Got checked in to the service department fairly easy and pulled into bay rather quickly. Very clean facility.
Very professional and friendly staff. They got us in on short notice and have been working on our truck as fast as they can. They do have a comfortable drivers lounge with showers and laundry which is a nice convenience.
