My company rents space behind the shop and it was great!!! The view of Mt. Rainier was awesome and I had a great time for a couple of days to visit in Seattle. I’ll definitely be coming back for a break!
Can't find simple wiring problems. They'll take over a week pretending to look and charge you $1k for the honor.

Super great service after a different parts shop sold me the wrong bearings and seals. I had my truck at the shop torn down I came in and Tami was able to find the correct bearings and seals. I was in and out in a short amount of time. Thank you Tami you really saved my butt from having to get everything from seattle. Definitely will be coming back for anything else I need.
I called in early in the morning the service department said come right in that they will have me out by noon .. I sat in the driver lounge for about four hours until they said my truck will not be ready until 8:00pm 12hours later just for two front hub seals and alignment … I ask why service department made a huge excuse about the time .. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH NORTHWEST FREIGHTLINER AND HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS… if you ever need work done go down the street there’s a good shop from other drivers where telling me DONT COME HERE AT ALL COMPLETE RIP-OFF WASTE OF TIME!!
Great guys in the service department. Got some work done over the weekend. They went above and beyond. Got me out of there Sunday morning so I can run Monday morning on a load. Thanks, Chris and Conner. Y'all are awesome!

I would highly recommend this freightliner to get work done. I had Chris as my service advisor and he’s the best one I’ve ever had (i have been to many throughout the country). He kept me updated without even asking which was a first for me. They also were able to fix in one day what have taken multiple freightliners a total of weeks to find out. Thanks again Chris, I will be back because of his great customer service.

I have a 2019 Freightliner New Cascadia with 106,000 miles. The center carrier bearing blew up, damaging the rest of the drive line. The drive line has been sent out (to who knows where) and I am waiting for it to return so they can re-install it with a new center carrier bearing. I brought the truck in on Tuesday (08/20) and I am writing this on (08/23). Still waiting. For being a truck that’s practically brand new, this is pathetic. However, I must give three stars because the place is clean and well maintained, the staff is mostly friendly, but most of all, they allow me to stay in my truck while we wait for the drive line to come back. It saves me money in hotel costs. So there’s that, the silver lining.
We buy parts here from time to time. Customer service is friendly. We normally like to call in with our vin numbers to have the parts pulled and ready to go for us when we arrive.
Brilliant customer service, I called late on a Friday and Jesus figured out the parts and where I could get them close to me after calling on availability. Can't thank FNW enought truly above and beyond all expectations. Thank you.
Absolutely ridiculous dave was answering the phone and told me I had one person ahead of me and asked me to hold 40min later I'm still on hold and they hang up on me. I then call back and he says I now have 6 people ahead of me in line. I told him what happened and he said well I have 6 people in line and hung up on me. Management needs to do something about Dave.

Everything is bad in the parts department, the employees are too slow, lane - long and slow. I was served by Randy, a very nervous, rude and slow employee, I believe that people like Randy should not work with clients.
So one of the service managers named Gunnar is by far the most helpful interactive cost efficient friendly and outgoing people you can hope to deal with at a dealership! I am beyond grateful to him and the rest of the staff there for the huge effort they made to get to me despite a long wait and get me done right the first time around! Nothing but the best coming out of this dealership! Highly recommended!
