There's a rep there by the name of JENNIFER, who was very rude and unpleasant to speak with. Bad part about it I wasn't even a customer. My friend left items in his previous truck and we've been speaking with people from the company about me coming all the way from Los Angeles, CA to Pasco, Washington to get his items because they were trying to charge him $800 to ship it. Long story short, Jennifer was not only rude to my friend but also to me the whole time we spoke, and im driving as I'm speaking to her to the destination. We ended up being forced to stay until Monday because of a task she said they didn't have the man power for. On Monday, it only took 1 person. Had to stay from Saturday all the way until Monday around 9 or 10 am. I made sure i called before going up there just so i didn't have to wait, and it would be a quick in and out process. So i can get on the road. Called at 7 when they opened. Was told to give them an hour. I gave them an hour and fifteen just to make sure. The gentleman i spoke with said I'll be assisted with it when i make it there. And of course she wasn't there that day. But crazy how everyone else was respectful and understanding. And helped me get the items. Also, in the photos, the first picture is the only pallet that was in the way for him to get the items. The second picture is the one man getting the items with a fork lift. So why did it take me having to stay over 2 nights for this. Y'all really need to handle JENNIFER'S ATTITUDE if she's going to be answering the phone and acting like she dont know nothing. Didn't even wanna call the manager. Or check with the service team.
Not happy for the quality of service they offer here! My husband truck sat there for 1 whole month and fender never got fix. He had to take his semi truck back for several repairs that didn’t make sense. When they had told us things were getting ordered and never did. We came to pick it up this morning and fender is still loose. We never got an update call from manager. And service manager was the worst in communication with my husband regarding his truck!
I would like to thanks Skyler in parts for helping us find some needed flywheel bolts on a job that had to go , he went out of his way to cross reference the part numbers and locate what we needed , thank you Skyler
Took my truck in to see what was wrong with my transmission,It was in there for a week I called everyday on the progress. Finally after a week I needed to go they said the transmission was done it needed an update got back on the road and it's doing the exact samething
I love this shop! The mechanics are great, the people are very friendly and the list of services that I needed were done in a very timely manner, nor did it cost me an arm and a leg. I will go out of my way to get work done here. Side note: we stayed at the Red Lion motel, also great and they'll shuttle you.
I want to send out a great appreciation to this Location, not only did they help with getting me on the road, but the staff/shop mechanics, was very informative in regards to issues and problems, I want to say that I haven't had better service from a Kenworth dealership in many years. The service manager especially, and front staff actually care about the drivers and clients, excellent service, advice and quality would recommend this location for your all services. Thanks again your friendly Canadian.
Got my truck serviced there. after $1,500 it kept failing to start on the first turn. Ended up finding they forgot to put the gasket on top of the bowl plug.
Got me in and got me done quick. Great experience ?
The loser wasted my time and made the Kenworth lose on money he did want to put me in a list he would only say it's going to be 1hr to 2 hr before I can be out on any list. Mind y'all the lot was empty
Called they worked me in. Josh service manager was a nice and helpful guy. Service writers and techs were nice to me. For what I had done price was reasonable.
Everyone is always so positive and helpful. I love visiting this place. They also have really nice apparel.
Got the truck fixed is the good thing I liked. Waited for about 5 hours part sucked but such is life in the world of trucking. Would I go back? Sure hope I don't have too ever again.

They ended up having my truck for 10 days and all I can say is.... THANK YOU!!! The service dept and the technician Carlos did their due diligence in resolving the issues (and there were a few). 10 stars if I could.
Lately the parts dept has been totally unable to follow directions. cost extra downtime + wasted trip to pick-up a part they said was in and it wasn't + not only was that the case the part was to be direct ship. Then they tried to ship it to the wrong address this is not the only problem been doing this for 30+ years and everybody makes mistakes and I've certainly when they come at you battalions you have to speak up wouldn't have wrote this if there was someone there you could relay the problem to!
My truck has been here since December 26th and they've been doing the best they can to get my truck done in a timely manner. There was several trucks ahead of mine so they've doing what they can but can only do so much.
