I just purchase a volvo truck from them they call me and they told we finish the inspection and truck ready to hit the road After 2 days check engine light come on I check the code in the Dashboard the code first detect 3 weeks ago Truck didn’t pass DOT inspection until i fix The drive link and I spent $300 They give me 2 key one of them is not working Air an electric hose very bad Truck need alignment Need new front tires They take the truck from me It’s been 4 days i call them everyday they keep telling me tomorrow you will have Until now i spend $700 dollars food and hotel because I’m not from Washington $1000 also repair just to make the truck pass DOT inspection $1600 Insurance $20,000 down payment $1350 a month Already pass 10 days

Hey driver’s... this is an outstanding shop! We'd spent 5 days in the shop in Billings for heat issues. By the time we made it to Kent we had derated and was cruising at the speed of 5 mph! This awesome shop made us a priority and called in a tech to get us rolling. We arrived in the morning and was out by 15:00. Definitely chose this shop for your accurate efficient repairs! 4 April 2022 bought 4 new Batteries for my truck. 9.5 months 15 January 2023 they were failed. I get back to dealership. They said, charge 24 hours then check it . I dropped my batteries. Next day they called me and said two batteries good and two bad we can gave you credit for two . I been there to pick up salesman said you have to full pay bad these two batteries. Than we send these two bad batteries send to manufacturer if they approved we gave you credit. if he not approved .You have to pay shipping if you want these old batteries back to you. I disappointed . This is not right place to buy new batteries. Never recommended. They not cover your warranties.

They fixed me up in less than 5 mins for something stupidity simple Linda was great Thanks for all your help and the quick fix without any hassles.

The worst service and customer support I ever have. I waited one month for a check engine light diagnostics and repair and they gave me with the check engine light ON after charging me $2248. # No More TEC Equipment Seattle! For your record, everything you worked on is leaking too. Oil separator, Coolant from cooler side. Now I’m stuck!

Frank, Linda and the front desk team in the service department were top notch in taking care of our truck and the maintenance needed. The parts department was top notch as well for getting all of the needed parts for the service department to complete the work needed. Together, the entire staff was instrumental in allowing the mechanics to get the job done and get it done right. Thanks you guys. It is highly appreciated in getting us back on the road!!!

In my 10 years of Trucking I have never received service as good as this at Volvo or any other shop. The service desk got me in and diagnosed quickly. Then the Mechanic, Lee, began the process of tearing down my rear axle. It was a dirty and nasty job. The original estimate came in at 2500$ Not only did he replace both wheel seals and both sets of brakes, but the bill came in 900$ less then the estimate. Unheard of in this business. Lee explained everything to me, step by step, and I know this is probably not one of his favorite jobs, his work was thorough and professional. He even put a touch of paint on both outside hubs when he was done!! I have since driven from Seattle to Charlotte and then to Atlanta with no problems. At a time when I really needed a break these guys really came through for me. Thank you again Tec Equipment of Des Moines Washington. Wish all repair shops were like You.

I'd like to complement management for hiring the newish Service Department staff of Andrea, Age and Chelsea. I've been delivering trucks to TEC for Truck Movers for several years and this crew is the best I've dealt with. Each one of them go above the call and are always very pleasant to deal with which makes my day a lot easier. I can tell that they're job is difficult with a lot to deal with daily and I see the handling their business competently and politely. I appreciate their hard work and sometimes long hours and yet they are always so helpful in get me what I need to complete my business with TEC. Worse place to get your truck repaired. 1 month for AC repair still haven't finished diagnosis and no accurate information yet. Consider repairs for your trucks at some individuals workshop working on Volvo trucks. Shouldn't be any star but unfortunately not possible to do that.

Brand new truck took for oil change and they walked inside truck with their dirty shoes also touched everywhere with oily hands and they said we didnt do it i keep my truck very clean and it was very clean before this dealership Bad service they dont even know how to apologize Also if you willing to take your truck here for service be sure it will come out with many missing parts and bolts sooo not professional mechanics

Frist time using tec equipment, I'm out of Alaska and so far seems good. Alright i've ordered my second set of parts, The first one's came in a very timely fashion to get me back on the road. And so far they've been very very helpful about finding the correct parts for my old truck. Very much appreciate their business.
