Bob & Dan on second shift are top notch! By far the best around! They have outstanding customer service when I have called in need of service or just in a last minute pinch. They have always found a way to get my truck in a timely manner. They treat you with major respect, and honestly care about the little guys.They both have went above and beyond many times to help me when no one else would get me in. I hope Management truly understands how much of invaluable assets these two guys both are! It is so rare these days to find such caring people, who go the extra mile for their customers no matter their fleet size. I just can’t express how grateful I am for them both and all they do for my company.
attempted to contact this place 20 times in one day and not once was the phone answered, always put on hold wait for the caller count down, then some one picks up and says hold on while i get your information then... click.... call again and wait again.... what a joke!
Appointment at 12:00 , not in shop till 1:00. They obviously don't understand that when they don't keep their appt. it puts the driver behind,witch means the only way to get back on schedule is to drive faster so we don't miss our next appt and run out of hours prematurely. But it doesn't matter to them, they will be at home on time to eat dinner with their families while we are trying to get back on schedule because they held us up. The unsafe driving starts here this week. Thanks JX
Problems with warranty on TRP lights took to long to resolve because of trouble contacting manager. Phone system puts you into voicemail and you get lost in the shuffle. Anthony did finally get most of problems taken care of but took 3 months.
You go buy a vehicle from a dealership... ok instantly have issues with the clutch pedal and that kicks out cruise and engine break, oh we can't get you in for a week... ok so I deal with it the next week they want to stick me with a 1700$ bill. But mind you I have a 90 day warranty so after some arguing. That gets squashed the next week having abs problems ended up being a sensor ok no big deal, the week after that now .... I bought this truck with a fresh rebuilt engine rite?, the thermostat goes and sticks in open position and kicks the fan on constantly in 9drgree weather 560 miles away. Oh we rebuilt the engine and didn't put a new thermostat in. I was a full time tech for 5 years. That is one of the worst excuses I ever heard a 50$ part which could have easily been replaced at that time will now take hours and 100's to replace because of ignorance and incompetence of command. When brought to attention was told well that's kind of the deal when you buy a mid 40k$ truck from the sales team. I for one am not going to return for my next truck here. My other private party trucks have faired way better. That being said is to each their own but I learned my lesson
They have treated myself and my son, like we don't know a thing about the industry (37 years Trucking and my son 19 years) , instead of trying to gain steady customers they continue to go out of their way to evade warrenty issues and recall isues, As a follow-up on this issue BOB the service manager was very professional and completely explained the reason why there was an issue to begin with, and he listened to my concerns and adjusted the overcharge thus going out of his way to restore a confidence in the facility
Again, as a business dealing with JX is a struggle.... I returned a couple parts again in the past couple months, and still have not been repaid for our returns. Why is it I can not get repayment for unused, unopened parts?????

I had a starter on order with them for over two weeks. I call multiple times and only had one call returned telling me it could be up to two more weeks.
