We took our truck here knowing what was wrong with the truck but after inspection by the team, they said that there were some additional parts that needed replacement. They moved something on the truck and it was apparent. We have recently had to take it to get a second opinion and it was confirmed that the parts the team at this location said they needed weren’t needed.

My point of contact was Gene. I let him know from the get go, that i had no idea which part to buy. After a short explanation, Gene invited me to stop into his office at my convenience and that he would walk me through the selection process. He patiently picked his way through the catalog, using nothing but my old worn out part. He was able to make me feel perfectly at ease with my selection. Gene knows the catalogs like the back pf his hand, and depends on that knowledge to get the real part into his clients hands. If you are tired of the rumarounds, just call Betts.

Not satisfied with this shop. Betts was recommended to me to have steering king pins and an alignment done. King pins were done well enough but the alignment was worse than when I dropped it off. I picked my truck up on a Friday and when I called back on Monday to talk about it Justin immediately went on the defensive and was not interested in standing behind the shops work. There was no service personnel available when I dropped my truck off or when I picked it up. Would have liked to talk about what is going on with the truck or what work was done. Also, the bill was $300 higher than quoted with no call to confirm the up charge.

Great service and a reasonable price. They were honest and took care of things on my steering that other shops said could not be done! Will be going back!

Horrible place do not go here, ask them to replaced front brakes and adjust all brakes all axles, i failed dot inspection for drive wheels out of adjustment so now they are saying they were not told do that , but after 4 different excuses he blame me for not doing my inspection right , but regardless u still didn't do the job you were payed to do, so they wont admit a mistake and there not going to warranty there work, 1000 down the fn drain

Me personally I have good experience with this shop. Warren is the guy that I go to when it comes to alignment issues. They are the only ones that I trust with my alignment. They have the best price on Gabriel shocks that I could find.

I have had my truck repaired to be specific 3axle alignment, replace trailer axle along with all the components associated with it. They are awesome people, at parts counter they work hardest to locate parts that nobody has locally, and at service they do great job and stand by their work.Their price is reasonable and turn around time is fast. I have recommended them to my friends and they are all happy with them.

After a lengthy conversation with Warren including a description as well as part numbers we were told that they could help our "lean" on our personal amtran 3800 RE. We made arrangements to drive 100 miles to Phoenix and have them take a look.We were asked to pull into the bay but then told we couldn't be in the vehicle (strange). A 30 second review of our vehicle and we were told that someone had "messed around under there" (we replaced our own bags and shocks) and that we had a broken U bolt and needed new bushings up front but that it would not help the "lean". After letting our dog out of the door to the rig, we were told they couldn't/didn't want to help us after we already booked a hotel. Apparently our money isn't good enough? We pulled down the street and made an appointment with a competitor to install front airbags, replace bushing, fix U bolt and get an alignment. (Easily$5k worth of work)

Hello We are a french family who travel since 2 years with an old Mercedes rv of 26". So, sorry for my improved english! We had broken a bolt of an axle that connects the supension blades to the chassis. So friendly crew, I phoned and they received me without an appointment one hour later. They do the job in less than 2 hours already. The price was correct. Nice, we can cross the Mexico now! Thank for everything.

( thought id update seems how the rep that responded to this doesn't seem to know either that this is not a small light weight trailer..this is a 25k suspension.. not light trailer suspension.. .) took a set of 25k trailer springs in to have rebushed...after all they make springs , they should know what they are doing..there are really not that many brands of trailer springs..Even I know after 30years of dealer experience a good guy would know just by looking at it.. carried one into the store and laid it on the counter.. I had no idea what brand it was.. the service guy checked it out.. pulled a number off the tag.. took some dimensions..and finally concluded that he had no idea.. sent me packing to Auto Safety house.. I took it to them.. again carried it on , laid it on the counter.. the guy took one look and immediately identified the spring as a Dexter 2 1/2 slipper spring.. I know exactly what you need.. They didnt have the bushings in stock.. but his advise was to go see Dunbar spring..they can make one.. so we did.. new bushings identified and installed in about an hour...sorry Betts.. NOT impressed.. ya get what ya pay for...there simply is no substitute for experience.
