Great experience! My bus was broken down out in a remote location and was unable to be towed, luckily the guys at Emergency Roadside were able to come out to my location and get it started. The bus needed a bit more work, so we drove it back to their shop and they finished the job. They were helpful, respectful, and they really showed up for me and my business. We definitely recommend these guys, especially for larger vehicles and emergency situations.

Daniel is his best tech. Got me fixed in 1 day with my cpc. They helped me out and got it programmed it in one day. They have alot of snack inside while you wait. They got me towed in last night from the highway.

These guys are the absolute best, i was in a crazy pinch my radiator blew up and i needed this truck working the next day. they literally worked through the pitch dark night and there team got it fixed before the next day. have used them many times and im going to tell everyone to as well. thanks again guys youre seriously the best!!!

I must say this was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The team stayed in constant communication with me about all concerns and walked me through the process for what needed to be done. We did have a mishap, but they responded quickly and fixed it. They went above and beyond and I couldn't thank this company enough for their work. I would definitely recommend.

The only reason i’m giving one star is because i can’t put zero. People seemed nice and helpful and were willing to help us out quickly. After diagnosing the high pressure pump on my 5.9 cummins and quoted me 3200 they charged me 4500 adding extra hours and parts. They broke my filter housing repaired it with job weld when we couldn’t find one then the truck wouldn’t even run. They said it was the lift pump i changed it myself. Still wouldn’t start. They then wanted to charge me 750 saying the injectors we’re stuck. I got it towed out of there and took it to another shop.

Eli, the owner of this shop is a scam artist. My truck broke down and we took it here based on a reasonable quote with a fast turnaround time. We were promised a Saturday repair, the truck wasn't fixed until Monday and then Eli proceeded to charge more than double the quote and hold the truck and freight hostage until it was paid in full. He charged $6,600 to replace a radiator which costs $2,000-$3,000 maximum from any honest person. The insurance could only mail a check for the full amount, they gave him a tracking number and offered to overnight the check and he still refused to release the truck. Eli is a liar, a scam artist and a thief. Avoid these scumbags at all costs!
