Onsite Truck & Equipment Repair in Phoenix is owned and operated by the Uribe family. Henry and Sheree Uribe established the business in 2008, building on Henry’s years of truck repair experience. When he was just 18 years old, Henry got a job at Peterbilt, and that started it all. Meanwhile, Sheree runs operations and financing at the shop.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, dishonest people in the office and poor service of my truck. I'll tell you what happened to me 1. To begin with, I am the owner of a 26-fit truck, and my driver broke down near Arizona. Unfortunately, both my driver and I don't speak English well. That's why the manager of the company I work with talked to them on the phone 2. It was on Friday when they told them to bring a truck to them and they would immediately start repairing it, but by the time they arrived, it was only on Monday 3. They thought I was a stupid person who doesn't understand anything about how the car works and gave me an invoice only for spare parts for only 15 thousand$$. I know that my truck is not new and it has things that are not in good condition ,But I brought it to you so that you could make it so that it could go, and not make a new truck out of it 4. We explained it politely to them and they agreed to change what they needed. And then the worst began 5. When the spare parts arrived to them, they demanded a deposit of 5 thousand, although they had not said anything about it before. Okay, I paid and made the truck go 6. On Saturday, when they finished the repairs, they sent an invoice for the rest of the amount And their manager said that they are closing very soon and if I don't have time to pay, then only on Monday I will be able to pick up my truck. Damn it, wait until I pay for another hour. Can't you do that for your client? 7. And then it happened that's why I'm writing this review. In my life I have never written a review for you to understand) My truck came to Chicago to the service where I constantly maintain my truck and they showed me that the engine turbine that they replaced was not properly bolted and air was leaving from under the new gasket P.S. I apologize in advance for my English, I just started learning it) As a result, I paid 10,000 and they did the repairs wrong. A disgusting place, I hope your business will close forever
Very unprofessional. Took one of our trucks in to get an alignment which never was done! Lied to us about having the truck on the rack angel lied. Miguel said it was not on the rack. Said the truck was lifted off the ground and inspected but didn’t give any paperwork for the “inspection” They did a 5 minute inspection with their eyes and charged $151.20! A whole alignment for a medium duty truck is $180.00 dollars so why charge $151.20 for a 5 minute inspection and lie to us about services that were NEVER performed? Spoke to 3 different people and got 3 different responses from everyone we spoke too. I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Never again will we ever do business with on-site. 26 trucks in the valley and not a single one will go to this place. Please do your research everyone.!
My company had a great experience with Onsite. They performed a DOT inspection for a truck that we bought from out of state and found everything possible they could find and fixed it. They were transparent and prompt throughout the whole process.
Our 35' fifth wheel broke a leaf spring somewhere on the 300 mile trip to Az. We were out of state and unfamiliar with shops in the area. Not only did they get us in the next day, but got me a quote for heavier duty spring packs I'd requested that same day. Our trailer was completed the next day! I could have been looking at weeks anywhere else. Parts cost was fair and I paid for 12 man hours labor. I'll recommend these guys to everyone!!
Work was completed in a timely manner had to come back and have to have cotter keys in stalled that done promptly and professionally
Had at least 3 revised estimates sent to me. Seems like they don't look over the whole vehicle and send one estimate. As they are doing the repair work they find something else and revise the estimate. Not a fan of this type of repair work. They installed 6 new tires and didn't check the brake pads while they were there and the 3rd or 4th revised estimate said it needed rear brake pads. Lack of attention to detail.
15,000 latest am still screws. When are you doing business with a place like this? Always check the better business bureau they had a grade of f. I didn't check. They did everything to my truck other than the work I had came in there for I still have issues today.
I am very satisfied. The guys don't make appointments. Was there at 8 in the morning to have the service done on our truck camper. Everything was done very well. Would definitely recommend the team.
Quick, professional, and knowledgeable mobile mechanic!! Got me up and going quickly on a hot day!! Don't try to buffalo you with parts you don't need and double checks alternatives before replacing parts!! BTW, fair pricing also!!
Had to drive an extra hour to get hear but heard it was worth it from a pal. Excellent service, fast, hard workers, a welcoming environment. Will be seeing me again in the future. Worth the extra mile.
These guys were a life saver!! On a cross country road trip in my mobile tiny home (converted ambulance), the turbo blew on the way in from Sedona and they were able to clean the engine and replace the turbo in one. day. They underpromised and overserved, surprising us with how fast the turnaround was. I am especially grateful because I did not have to stay in a hotel instead of this vehicle (which is my house), and not only did I make it back to Pennsylvania safely, but I also got to continue my trip and make it to the desert destination I was initially heading for. I am beyond grateful. Thank you so much, Adrian, Miguel, Carmello, and Andrew!! I hope I spelled all your names right. You're all the best. Here's a photo of me and my partner celebrating in the desert.
They where great. They got my RV right in and took great care of me as I waited for my Class C to get it's oil change. Plus the upfront pricing was nice. It allowed me budget for the services.
Terrible experience! Will never recommend I came in with suspension problem They said we need to diagnose, I said ok They kept my unit for nothing and keep saying we diagnosing it, and saying we try to find right part for 2 days. I just called dealer and find right part in one minute. That’s just super unprofessional!
Where to start? I had an issue with a couple of exhaust manifold bolts that broke off at the head on my t800. Got there and checked in by 1445hrs, 5 Dec. Fully expecting a few days' wait. To my surprise, 0700 6 Dec, a phone call from Leslie, awoke me from my slumber to tell me they were ready to get the ol' girl in the shop for some tlc. By 1530, the very same day I was rolling out. Fantastic work. Quick, but no corners cut. Did exactly what I asked of them and didn't try the upsell B.S. like you get at the big name shops. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for cheap, go elsewhere, but that is not a bad thing as QUALITY of workmanship, experience, and the speed at which the tasks are handled don't come cheap. Things are done 3 ways, fast, good, cheap...Pick 2. Onsite will be my go-to place when I have an issue I can't tackle myself when I'm in the vicinity. Y'all have gained a loyal customer from your honesty and the quality of work.
1st time using this company. Mobile service had a quick response time, repair was completed within the specified timeline. I was able to get back on road without any delivery delays. Overall very happy with the service I received. Will definitely use this company again. 2007 International DT466 Coolant leak - rear engine hose burst. New hose installed with heat shield as it comes factory.
Onsite does very good work. Price comparable to dealership I'd say. Time management and customer follow-up were a little lacking on my first visit, possibly due to busy work load. This would be my only complaint. They're otherwise a good group of knowledgeable professionals. I will definitely give them another opportunity before forming a negative opinion. Update: I got my face ripped off on 2nd repair about 6-8 months later. Entire new crew of incompetent kids on the counter then. Charged me over $800 for a valve cover gasket, double dealership price. Be warned!
This was my first experience with a mechanical failure in a 40' Class A diesel Pusher . I appreciated the opportunity to have a Technician drive to the failure site and troubleshoot the problem in hopes of avoiding the hefty tow fee. No such luck. But once the vehicle made it to the shop it was diagnosed accurately, repaired promptly and I drove it away in a reasonable amount of time. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank You!
Stop in because my A/C wasn’t blowing and they diagnosed and my air conditioner compressor wasn’t working. So they had to replace it and the air dryer with both expansion valves. Truck was ready the next day and they even call to check and see how’s everything running. Also I mentioned it might not be cooling enough but it was 118 and it was still but not cold to me. They said just bring it by and we will look at it
The crew at Onsite gave us priority with a DPF issue and put us on diagnostic quickly. Thank you for quick and professional service.
Quickly diagnosed and repaired an electrical issue on my Freightliner M2 106 box truck. Was unable to solve with a previous mechanic, grateful for their service hence the 5 star rating. However, communication with the office staff was handled poorly, I had to call multiple times for updates and was quite frankly disappointed with the service. With that said, they have excellent mechanics who are friendly and knowledgeable. Will absolutely use again and recommend them for service.
