I had sold my home and for a week was living in my RV in the driveway as everything I owned was at my new apartment in Michigan. On the way to the Moose Lodge to say goodbye to friends the check engine came on and I was surprised and worried as I was leaving for Michigan in a couple of days. I called numerous places and had no luck getting someone to help. When I finally called JE-CO I knew I got the right place! G and the other folks got my RV in right away, found the problem and got me on the road in a couple of days. Ran absolutely perfect on my 3 day road trip to Michigan. I’m thankful I found these folks!
I had my dump truck and trailer in to these guys for an annual DOT inspection. They cited issues that were not DOT issues and made no notations that they weren't..... They mislead you to beleive something is a compliance issue to suck you in for the repair job..... they quoted over $600 for what looks like a 1 to 1.5 hour weld repair to a loading RAMP on an equipment trailer..... new name for the company...... probably to get away from a bad reputation....
I drive hot shot and had a situation where all my clearance lights went out. I called early in the morning and they got me in same day and had the problem fixed next day. It was a completely unreasonable ask as it was an electrical issue that I needed done in a 2 day window, not to mention they were slammed. These guys went above and beyond for me without a fuss and communicated every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for all your help!
These guys are trash, take your truck elsewhere. They charged me $500 to just finish breaking my clutch master cylinder. I will never take my trucks there. Wasted 3 days to not get it repaired
We are so thankful that our motorhome was towed to JE-CO. After a very disappointing breakdown, JE-CO has been so accommodating and helpful. They have easy access, long business hours and have worked well with Ford and Tiffin to try to get our rig repaired . We would highly recommend them. Also, thank you G for keeping us informed on what’s going on.
Stay away simple job one day job... but miscommunication and Negligence of employees caused me to stay over a week sitting paying for hotel cost over 120 per night. They didn't offer a ride to and from hotel had to walk 45 minutes with luggage and personal belongings then I finally get the part in amd mechanic broke it so I had to stay longer again. Nobody cared I was military, never Gave me discount even after I asked. I REALLY HATE THIS PLACE, I was talked down too, I was hung up on, I was told to check out of hotel rude coming at 930am then 1134am I called woman at desk back but she had completely forgot about me. I stood with out a hotel room for almost 3.5 hours then she answers and says your trucks not done, Mechanix said new part broken now... Not only was I over charged for labor and prices but then they add random hours for labor after I specifically told them what the book calls for then give me run around... I have family and friends own diesel mechanic shops back home. They all said they were just trying to rip us off like I was a huge corporate cpmpany... I'm 1 man 1 truck just starting out, still active in Army Reserves... they knew all this... I told them when I first arrived... they Do Not care!!!! I will make sure My Entire Network of Companies and OWNER/OPERATORS know this PLACE IS JUST A PLACE THAT WILL HOLD YOU AT THERE MERCY AND TRIPLE CHARGE ANYONE WALKING FOR REPAIRS.... STAY FAR AWAY... WORST THAN THE DEALERSHIPS... AND THAT SAYS ALOT... almost forgot they didn't use seat covers or floor mats , arrived truck was still leaking and greasy handprints all over exterior I spent 3 more hours cleaning amd decreasing my truck just to be able to get I'm and drive off...Never have I ever complained , by far worst amd hopefully last time I ever put up with a shop like this one!! With Hotels for a week and food to survive PLUS THE ( RIP OFF) BILL I SPENT WELL OVER $5700.00 FOR ONE SMALL Part...and week of stress... NOT TO MENTION EVERYDAY MY TRUCK , SAT I LOST MONEY....
Had a break down with the ol’ Pete they picked up and were available l. They aren’t the cheapest but heck you get what you pay for. If you want your rig or RV fixed so you can head one down the road these guys are nice and they can almost always get done in a day if you need it.
All the adm and staff at Je-Co will forever be our Guardian Angels. We were traveling cross country from WV to Sedona Arizona, up through Utah Monuments when our sprinter van had a DEF warning. We were in Moab Utah when this trip came to an abrupt turn. A simple Google search lead us to Je-Co in Denver CO. G answered the phone and let us know that Rob would check us in as long as we could be there before midnight. The folks at Je-Co went above and beyond to make sure we had whatever we needed. The whole team came together to repair the problem we were experiencing. This sort of leadership and customer service comes from the top. Austin, one of the co-owners kept us up to date with the progress of our repairs. He became personally involved in our situation and even assisted with facilitating the local Mercedes Benz dealership in our issue. Yes, Je-Co was a light in the darkness and we will forever and always be grateful to God for bringing them into our travels. We are back in West Virginia and wanted to say THANK YOU!!!
G and Shannon were a pleasure to do business with. They sent pictures of my radiator that was totally clogged causing high engine temps. Then got me caught up on reg maintenance items. Fast turn-around considering what had to be done. I wish my hometown had a repair facility as good as JE-CO for motorhomes!.
Matt was an absolute delight to work with! He started my truck and walked me through all problems/details pertaining to the truck after all repairs and maintenance were done. I wish I would have found them sooner to work on my food truck. I arrived with a really poorly running truck and left with a great running truck! I will recommend all my fellow food truck and larger vehicle owners to JE-CO.
Diagnosed a problem that another shop could not. Repaired AC compressor in a timely manner. Straightforward and helpful. Thank you from our family! It has been difficult to find shops that will do rv chassis service. We will return when needed!
We took our used RV which we had just purchased to JE-CO for them to perform an inspection. They did, they were VERY thorough and found/repaired some items that probably would have caused us problems, and made the unit unsafe to drive. They were very professional, and we felt very comfortable in their hands. They communicated with us from beginning to end; we will absolutely turn to them for our future needs and we recommend them highly to anyone needing service on their vehicles. We felt they delivered good, honest service - very refreshing in today's world! THANK YOU, JE-CO!!!
Dropped off crane was told they needed to add a wire extension to power up crane wass told at first $880 then dropped to $660 was told wire on bottom to short asked how they would do this they said use the wire under trailer was charged $220 for nothing
I can’t tell you how thankful I am for the great service I received from JE-CO. My Rv electric problem had been looked at by 2 other companies without getting anything done. I called JE-CO and spoke to G. He was vey confident JE-CO had the experienced techs to resolve my problem. I brought it in and G took a personal interest in helping me get it done. He gave me his name and phone # and said he would call me after the initial inspection. He called and said the tech was not able to find anything and recommended a furthed look. If it wasn’t for his personal service I probably would have said no. I agreed and the problem was solved! Thanks to G and JE-CO tech.
JE-CO did a great job getting our company truck fixed and back on the road. Great service, great staff.
Headed out over the mountains in our motorhome with a trailer and had brake troubles 60 miles in, turned around and headed back to Denver. Took it into Je-Co and could not have been happier. It sucked being stuck in Denver for 2 days, but they allowed us to park in the lot and even allowed us to plug in so we didn'thave to leave our rig and trailer loaded full of toys and have extra hotel expense. In the end the issues we had can be addressed when we get home from our trip. G, Rob, Terrell, Tater and Shannon were fantastic to work with. Could not have been happier and could not recommend these guys more! If we are ever back through Denver again we will stop in and say hi!
Every time i have to get service in Colorado i'm very displeased. Senseless pricing, gouging me for my money! Will not be using again
JECO was amazing. Got us in and taken care of. Sara made sure we understood quote and the time frame of repairs. Excellent work by the mechanics. Couldn't be happier. On time and under estimate. Great Team, thank you.
I am giving 2 stars just because they were the only shop out of 15-20 shops that I called that would even look at my 6.5 l Deisel box truck that is literally smaller than a sprinter van. They charged me almost $400 just to diagnose my problem, and quoted me $3000 to replace my high pressure fuel pump. After they diagnosed it and I took it back there was dirty rags everywhere and greasy handprints. What they quoted me is fair I think since it is a hard part to get to, but I literally did not have $3000 to spend, so I had my friend do it as a favor to help me out. He replaced the part for me and did all the heavy lifting, The only problem we had was setting the timing correctly. It requires a really (I Mean really) expensive GM specific code reader that I didn’t have. So I called them up and asked if they could set the timing for me. They lied to me right off the bat and told me that they don’t work on those engines (even though they had looked at mine a month prior and offered to work on it) then told me they would call me back, never did, and when I called to check if everything was alright, they essentially fired me as a customer just for asking. Since I had had so much trouble finding a shop to work on my van in the first place I felt so defeated. Lo and behold, somehow I managed to find another shop in Parker that was so amazing and took me in right away. They towed my van, and took the time to look at it and diagnose my timing problems for free. They had my van in and out within two days and told me it was no problem at all. I am so glad that JECO fired me, because I know for a fact that I had a way better experience with the other shop than I ever would have had with them.
JE CO has been a life saver for us. They are by far the best med-heavy duty diesel repair in Denver.
They did a really bad job with my cousin truck They charged alot for the crazy job they got done on the towing truck oil started leaking everywhere and when my cousin ask if they could fix it they wanted to charge extra on top of what he paid for already dont do go here.
