Great shop. Good service and communication. Have been using them for years for maintenance and big jobs too. Happy with all the work they did, especially with the APUs they installed in my fleet.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD! THIS HAS BEEN THE TRUCK REPAIR COMPANY FROM HELL!! WE TOOK OUR TRUCK UP THERE BASED OFF OF THE REVIEWS & I AM CONVINCED THEY PAD THEIR OWN REVIEWS BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY IN THE WORLD THIS COMPANY IS 4 STAR WORTHY! We turned our truck in to be serviced on August 28, 2023. It took over a week just to get a quote for the repairs. After the quotes, they PROMISED this would be a 3-4 day repair. It is now October 10, 2023 & our truck IS STILL NOT REPAIRED. We spent over 10k with this company for them to give us the run around for over a month. I made every call to them almost every day. So many false promises made by Mike, the service manager & George, the parts manager. I would call and be left on hold for 20+ minutes at times like I have all the time in the world to play with these people. Sent us invoices for one thing, I signed and the day our truck is scheduled to be picked up - we get a final invoice for $1500+ more than what it was supposed to be & blamed it on a COMPUTER GLITCH?!?!? What type of excuse is this? They just sent us anything & didn't do their due diligence. Constantly insisted they didn't charge us for more hours of labor as if they were doing us a favor by keeping our truck for over a month for A DPF SENSOR!!!!! I'm convinced they padded the "parts" for the labor they swear we owe them because there is no way in the world a DPF kit costs over $10k! We were told this was a 3-4 day fix. We even declined services that we wanted to get our truck back sooner and its been over a month. FINALLY GET THE TRUCK BACK TODAY & OUR INSIDE PANEL ISN'T EVEN PUT BACK TOGETHER. PICTURES WILL BE ATTACHED! MY DRIVER GETS THE TRUCK BACK AND IT WON'T SWITCH GEARS, WON'T GO PAST 55 MPH. LIKE WHAT IN THE WORLD DID YALL FIX??? THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL! Thankfully I have recorded these conversations with them & have forwarded all of this to our attorney. I'M SO SICK OF THESE SCAM ARTIST REPAIR SHOPS! One pro is, they are very kind while they screw you over. They like to laugh like these matters are not serious or like we have thousands of dollars to throw down the drain. So they can have the 1 star for at least using KY Jelly while they screw us! TERRIBLE REPAIR SHOP! DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! TAKE YOUR TRUCK ELSEWHERE!

Recently took my truck there for the first time. They were very friendly, did a great job, didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done on time. Very happy with the experience.

This was the worst experience that I think that I ever had when it comes to customer services! I brought my truck in and it took them three weeks just to give a diagnosis, I stayed patient with them on that I had to follow up three times just to get that and its also a $300 charge with that, but that's not the worst part told them to go ahead and fix the issue, two weeks later, I come to pick my truck up and the liftgate didn't even let out and I and they send this young boy out with a mullet hair style comes out and just start getting smart with me instead of trying to correct the problem like a Mgr should, so I went to talk to someone else and no one else wanted to talk only send messages through this desk guy who ask me to go outside and wait in the cold because I'm requesting to talk to someone else. You would think if you just spent $4500 you would get better service, if they had negative stars for this experience I would give that, I think if I looked differently then this would've been different!! Take your trucks somewhere else please!!! mullet hair

Find a different shop to go to! These people are full of disapointment and empty promises. Mike liked to run his mouth and he seemed knowledgable at first however after nothing went smooth the first day they trapped our truck and drivers there I soon realized this was going to go down hill but I tried to remain hopeful (Big mistake!) I'll say it again DO NOT COME HERE! We came here for two issues. #1 this shop is a Dynasys APU Dealer and ours would not start. These people do not know anything about Dynasys APUs. #2 A switch in our truck would not turn on the overhead marker lights or the chicken lights on the side. this didn't get done until day two as well. These two jobs should have only taken 3 hours at the max, not two full days. Even with two days everytime i called the shop for an update they would put me on hold for a half hour plus or tell me they would call me back (which they never did). The only time i ever got a call for the shop was when they wanted payment. For two day they made my drivers wait in their waiting room promising us that it'll be done soon everytime we did manage to get an update from them. By the time my drivers were able to leave with the truck they noticed that the cook top and microwave no longer work but shop was then closed. Fast forward the same night after leaving, the APU wont start at all and we had to arrange a jump start because we didn't have an APU to charge the batteries while the drivers slept. I would say all we did was pay for their education on these two tasks but they apperently didn't learn a thing $1,100 later... Thanks for nothing on the APU. Enjoy our money. I will never send anyone your way EVER and I hope this warns enough people.

They scammed us, first they told us part is 398$, then that the part is After market and that is defective and we already agreed on the pricing on the Estimate. After they told us that the price for original part is 719$ but they will lower it to 668$. We have checked with the dealerships in Chicago to see how much the part was, it 335$ and 242$. In tow dealerships we checked When we told them that, they told us that parts in GA are more Expensive, when we checked and double checked with the diler 3mi away from them that the part is 322.87$. They told us that its not the price for the whole part just for the peace of it. And finally when we wanted to check the par that they provided with the dealer they told us that we have 4 minutes till they close and if we don't pay the truck has to stay in the shop.They knew that our trailer is loaded and locked in another place and that we don't have any other options.Avoid this shop at all costs if you don't want to be scammed.Unbelievable people.

Service: Air conditioning The best service I have got in long time. Everyone there from the first phone call till my truck was done was the best service. Treat you like your important from the time you walk in. Awesome ladies who works there to the parts department to the service bay. I plan on using them for all repairs much as possible. Also awesome on Dynasys APU repairs. They have mine back to 100%

Everyone up front is amazing, very friendly, and Helped me with all my trucking issues. The mechanics and front office did such a great job a took my other semi to their location minutes after. I will continue to use them and bring all my trucks to them for service! Thank you!

Anthony is the manager and a welcome site at that business. I appreciate everything about status truck and trailer repair except the length of time it took to complete the work. But I would recommend them to any and everyone because of the quality of work that they provide.

Fair price. Ran diagnostics and informed me of the faulty codes for Def pump & meter. They run a complementary check of whole truck and inform you of what needs replacement/repair. Definitely coming back in the future.Ashley at the front was a great help!

I wish it was negative 20 stars. This place is outright scammers. I took my truck for a/c diagnostic...was told they have the best. After dealing with TA, I gave them a shot. NEVER AGAIN. I was charged $216 for what was essentially a courtesy check. Even on the paperwork, the mechanic states he could not do a diagnostic due to the fan switch not working (it does). I was then given an estimate of over $1000.00 to replace the a/c panel, even including a so-called core charge. I had a load, so I had to leave out. I tried calling multiple times, and then they stopped answering the phone. I went to another mechanic who told me that in a matter of 20 min, I had a hose that was loose (not loose before these guys). Went to check and immediately showed me the leak in the condenser while charging me significantly less than these guys. I will never look there way again they are rip offs or maybe because I am a African-American, female who has not learned anything in my 25yrs of driving semi's. Even Rush mechanics stated that it did not sound right( which is where this guy supposedly worked before). It's as if money grows on trees, and it's not hard enough out here. 2 weeks no a/c thanks to their evil ways. God bless you, but try somewhere anywhere else.

Listen Now !! Do not use this place. Seriously speaking from experience. They appear to be professional however service is not guaranteed to satisfaction. My husband spent thousands of dollars and kept it for several weeks with no communication or urgency. Do your research. Get a second opinion.

I came in with a complaint that my trailer was swinging everytime I hit my brakes. They did a thorough diagnostic and found issues with my brake chamber and other small leaks. Chris at the front was very professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely come back.

I went to them for my trailer hub cap leaking, they showed me where my wheel seal was leaking and messed up my shoes. I let them fix it and had a good experience at the front desk.

They are scammer, my truck was blowing white smoke. I took it to them. They told me its one of injector after diagnosing it. After the new injector truck was still throwing white smokes. Then the told me they need to diagnose it again and put new shims and again truck was still not ready. After holding my truck for more than a week and charging me $3600. I decided to take the truck to dealership. Turn out it was just the overhead valve adjustment need to be done which cost me $400 at dealership. They just wasted my time and money

Popped an air line passing thru Atlanta, saw a sign for these guys, called and set up road service. Tech did a quick repair to a broken fitting and didn't overcharge even though I was 15 miles away..
