After calling every roadside service in the area and being told they can't help me due to weather conditions, certech sent Red. This man deserves a massive raise. I was on 5 inches of ice and snow and under a heavy load. He raised the truck with a manual jack because the air lines were frozen. He changed 2 drive tires in freezing conditions while keeping in very high spirits. Red, you are an inspiration. Thank you for your service. When no one else had the stones to show up, you were there. Certech, just hit my #1 go to for all future repairs

I run 10 trucks and about 35 trailers. Certech is the best shop that there is anywhere, in my opinion. They do a great job and treat us like gold. They have all of my business whenever I can work our equipment to their shop. Great people!

These mechanics do quality work in a timely fashion. The rates are very reasonable, and if something isn't right, they will make it right.

Blew out an air bag on my trailer, needed a replacement quick so I could get back on the job ... they got me fixed up quick, the young lady up front was very friendly, and the mechanics were top notch. They had me fixed up and back on the road in a hurry, for a very fair price. I would recommend them to anyone needing service!

Broke down on Monday afternoon, Road Technician for Certech came out found problem which was broken clutch linkage. Was towed to Certech shop. Adam started on truck Tuesday morning after part was delivered from Memphis. Couple other minor things found while doing repair. All problems were repaired and was out the door driving again by 3pm. Adam, Candy, and all the employees treat you fair and honest, and they get the work done as quickly as they can safely and efficiently do. Price for all the work they did was very reasonable!! I will be back should I have another problem and I'm in the area! Thanks Certech for getting me rolling again!! Merry Christmas to ya'll and yalls staff!! Job well done!!

I just broke down on I-22W i called them and the lady that answers the calls told me that the mechanic should be there in an hour but he showed up in 15 minutes. I was impressed. He fixed me up quick. While he took the parts down that broke another guy was coming with the parts so that was saved time and my $$$$ rather than the same mechanic do everything. It would have been much longer and more $$$$. Honestly i was expecting the bill to be over $500 but it was under. Friendly people too. Thank you for ur service. Keep up the good work.

These guys responded promptly and sent a young technician out that worked like a borrowed mine mule to fix our RV flat and get us ready to roll. He was super personable and knew his job well. These guys are the ones to call when you need Mississippi roadside assistance.

I can’t say enough about Adam, Candy, Adams mother-n-law and Adam and Candys four children. They have helped me with my vehicle, my attitude, and my opinion on people. They are top notch people anywhere in this world. They don’t judge or criticize. These people are nothing but good. They are know their business inside and out. after spending the weekend visiting friends, i was headed back to the coast. about 8 miles south of pontotoc on hwy15 i blew a tire on my motorhome. I called certech and talked with John. He found me a tire and sent the mobile truck out. The young man on the mobile truck was very professional and polite, as was John on the phone and both made me feel like I was important to them. 1.5 hrs later i was on the rode again. the cost to me was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. They work on automobiles to 18 wheelers and the trailers they pull.. friendly staff but like most at this pandemic time understaffed to no fault of there on making wait times longer than usual
