I would of given 5 stars but they had to go for parts 2 times, Price is not cheap but it's not crazy like other road service, I think the price was reasonable, they sent me a mechanic kind of quick, and found what was the problem was , I don't recommend a lot of shops but I will recommend Warrior Diesel Service, got my truck back on the road and made my delivery on time ?
Would give no stars if I could. The company's communication is non-existent. Call and text for updates daily with no responses completely ignore customers.
Kelly, Kenny, Lola & their crew at Warrior Diesel Service did an exceptional job rescuing us from an RV breakdown off xt 99 in Laurel, MS. From diagnosis, towing into their shop and the replacement of our water pump and serpentine belt, we were ready to hit the road in less than 5 hours. All this on a Friday evening when the parts supply warehouses were ready to close for the weekend. We’re now down the road with everything running smoothly. Thank you all for making a breakdown become a great experience in our 2nd day out on a 4+ month road-trip. Way beyond 5 stars on the chart. Thanks again to all!!! Kate & Mike & Sugar too
I used this company to replace a swing bearing after I already taken the drive shaft out from the truck and was charged $500 just to take the old bearing off and press the new bearing on. That’s ridiculous price gouging. So Warrior Diesel Service is NOT RECOMMENDED, even though

They were very thorough and kept me informed as the job progressed. Very friendly and courteous and fair. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place for any issues you have from bumper to bumper.
