I have been to the this diesel mechanic shop. They change my speed sensor on transmission for my Freighler Colombia. My cruise control wasn’t working to and they fixed. They done great job. nice people. they’re not expensive to. I highly recommend this shop kbartruckservice.

So I stopped over two days ago I thought my plug up my fuel tank was leaking. Call shop at 5 AM to and they took me and right away to make a long story short. It wasn’t my Fuel tank plug. I actually had a crack towards the top of my tank on one of the welds. Instead of them just repairing what I asked them to repair they actually found the problem and if that time advise me, he didn’t have the material to actually fix it and recommended I get it taken care of as soon as possible. The honesty of the shop owner is truly incredible something you don’t see you today, he looked at me and said have a good day. I didn’t do anything so you don’t owe me anything. I would’ve been OK paying for a diagnostics of the issue what has happened to the people like this if you’re ever in Joplin and you need a place to get serviced on your truck this is it Hands down!!!! American Made Xpress!! Thank you again you’re definitely a sign there’s still good people this country!!

In and out quick for ac repair. Saved me money by finding out the last shop was wrong about the ac compressor it was just a loose relay. Thanks guys.

Micheal is really good and he helpfull fix my truck in one day which dealer is telling to wait 3 days, prices are very reasonable. I was paying with card which by 3rd party charging me4% but Micheal give me discount he didn't charge me store supplys.

The owner, his techs and Heather amazing people, very easy to work with and most of it, super honest. They will do their best with the repairs. This shop is one you can really trust and you know it will be in good hands.

I would give them 10 star rating if that was an option, we broke down on a Saturday afternoon having DPF issues on our semi, no one around the entire Joplin area would even try to get our truck in, fortunately K-Bar Truck Service gave us a little hope to diagnose the issue that day but they even went into overtime and actually fixed our truck so we can go back on the road. Thank you a lot!

Mike saved our trip after a bracket holding the axle on our 5th wheel broke. He came to our campground, diagnosed the problem and came back with his service trailer a fixed the problem better than when it came from the factory. Also coordinated with a tire shop and got the ruined tire replaced. All for very much less than I would've expected for an emergency mobile repair. Thanks again, Mike!
