Myles truck repair…what can I say hmmm…let’s start with the front desk “Maxx “ Maxx greets you with a warm welcome then from there she listens to your problem gets you checked in and updates you through the entire process honest and straightforward!!! The team of mechanics fast and professional…10 out of 10….ima say 10 all day….!!!! I came in with a light issue left out with lights working, radio, working, cb working…???

Maxx, Bryce, and Johnny, were so pleasant to work with! This repair shop has been great from the time I looked them up to the time I called and visited. I called both shops and had great service. I dropped my truck off at the Auburn location, it was organized and clean like no other. Everyone was engaged in doing their task and trucks were being serviced. My truck was attended to in a reasonable amount of time. I received a courtesy call at the end of the week prior to my truck being seen, giving me an update on the estimated day it would be seen. The notes on the diagnostic were very detailed and literally step- by- step. So detailed it was as if I were there watching. Upon completion I was notified promptly and sent all the paperwork regarding the repair. Great place, Great people, Great service Grand Landscapes

Came in with my old, ugly truck needing a tire repair. These gentlemen were expedient, affordable and friendly. I greatly appreciate it.

Alex (our tech) was great. He solved our ride height issue with our 2006 Monaco Camelot. He was under our motorhome for 2 hours and did not give up until he found the loose fitting that has gone bad. Ed was great when we called in he listened to the issue and assured us they would figure it out. They got us in same day emergency service and out in 2.5 hours. I highly recommend them. I did some financial business transactions with Myles through my workplace. The second transaction included a significant error on my part. The staff and General Manager were great to work with in correcting my error and making things right. Great integrity.

These guy’s really helped us out in a bad time had a driver with a bad abs valve. We couldn’t find it anywhere!, instead of leaving us hanging and charging a bill because they don’t have the truck part (which most places do) they really went out of there way to find that part and help us install, at minimal cost really appreciate, the kindness and professionalism with Myles truck repair - BIG thank you to Bryce and Johnny!

We took our Class A Rv there for tire service… they have a large, modern well equipped shop, with courteous professional employees. ?

So now they have had my truck for six months, keep changing prices, a lot of miscommunication, know one knows anything so always have to contact the other location. I asked can they at least do my annual inspection which is usually priced at $135 everywhere I’ve been since they have had the truck for 6 months and have been all through it so it should have been a breeze. It is now passed due as of November. They wouldn’t even throw that in after reviewing almost $20,000 in repairs. Money hungry at its best. So after 6 months of loss wages on a truck that I still had to make payments on, pay insurance and other business expenses on I can finally go pick my truck up. The only positive thing that I can say is that out of all the lack of communication in the beginning ED in the Auburn location was very communicative and at least tried to help a bit. After all said and done if you can get with some people in the trucking business and find a reliable, trustworthy shop then go with them. This has been a very long and horrible experience. By the way I picked my truck up today and the battery was dead. I’m going to assume on top of not starting it which I originally thought was the issue my husband found that the lift gate switch was left on inside the truck. Why was that on at all if the lift gate was not being used the entire time. Yet, the battery issue was not their fault. Now I have to get this repaired as well else where. RUN I tell you.

Alex (our tech) was amazing. He found and fixed our right height issue for our 2006 Monaco Camelot. They got us in same day emergency and had us back on the road 2 hours later. Prices were fair for same day service Ed was great on the phone and helped us over the phone and assured we would be in great hands. My experience with Myles trucking repair was great!!! They really know their rigs! They even picked me and Betty up off the Side of the road (Betty is my peterbuilt) and got me back working in no time. It’s hard to find good family ran business but Myles still believes in good morals! So if you’re ever in Georgia and your rig goes down, hit these guys up for sure!

Avoid this place!!!!! “Just labor to change airbag with my own part - 2 nuts” !!! Check in at9am! In 5 minutes I got a dor, after 2 hours some body asked me what happens, after 1 hour I saw some body under my trailer just for 10 minutes, then silence for half hour ,5-10 min under trailer - 40 minutes-some where ! I’m here for 6 hours but the airbag still not fixed !
